[Editor's Note: As I post this note, I have not yet listened to the conference call linked below and do not know what was discussed, however, I remember well in 1976 how Illuminati stooge Gerald Ford and the entire U.S. media Ministry of Propaganda tried their best to stampede this nation into believing that a "Swine Flu Pandemic" was about to sweep the nation and that we all had better line up for our Swine Flu shot to get "protected."

At the time, I wasn't aware of the Illuminati, or the NWO, or realized that this country was being run by an oligarchy of satanic criminals working with their pals in the military/industrial/pharmaceutical complex, but my family intuitively felt suspicious about the whole Swine flu story and decided we weren't going to go for the vaccination. Some weeks later, after a few hundred elderly people DIED from their wonderful Swine Flu "protective" vaccination, they curtailed the program and the whole thing just quietly faded away without a word of apology or explanation from the pharmaceutical industry or the government. Suddenly, not ONE word was mentioned on TV or radio about the terrible Swine Flu pandemic that never was.

Now we are more aware that EVERY WORD uttered by government spokesmen about "terrorists", or "pandemics", or "Al Queda", or "insurgents", or "global warming", or 911-style "attacks" are LIES and it's the criminals running the government and the military that we have to worry about. Every news media scare story about Bird Flu or West Nile Virus or Lyme or Morgellons or any other laboratory-created "disease" is intended to create subliminal FEAR and ANXIETY that is suppose to lead you to the conclusion that getting your vaccination is going to "protect" you.

Today, you can get a whole lot more than biological garbage and mercury toxins with your vaccination. You can get IMPLANTED with a tiny device that can be used to track you and psychotronically harass and TORMENT you if so decided by unseen operatives.

Mike Filas is a man who was held at at Cook County Jail , Chicago on Friday, August 26, 1994 and was told to get in line with other jailed individuals to get vaccinated with two shots. He was not told why and was not given any choice in the matter. He had just been arrested the previous day and was released the following day (Saturday). As a result of those "shots", he has endured years of psychotronic torment and harassment. He did not realize he had been implanted until he sent an e-mail in 2002 to friends from a bar he frequented and to a radio station about a web site titled "Mind Attack and Directed Energy Weapons", talking about psychotronic victims in the Chicago area, where he lived.

"2 days later I was attacked. Sleep deprivation, electro shock and muscle spasms all at once. I went to the hospital and they said I was delusional and sent me to a local mental hospital for 8 days. There, they tortured me the same way [as described at the web site] and it was the guards from the jail [Cook County] to make sure I didn't sue so they would keep their jobs. I have seen the tiny chips in my arm through x-ray. They are the size of the tips of ball point pens and I do believe the 2 microchips to be the work of Dr. Phillip Kennedy and Dr. Roy Bakay."

He originally sent me an e-mail with a brief summary of his plight and I asked him a number of questions in turn to get the details down better. Here is a portion of his reply to me:

I would like to answer your questions in order the best I can. You sent me two emails, so I will begin with the second [one] with the most questions. I was arrested on a Thursday and brought to the Cook county jail on a Friday in August 1994. I was processed on Friday when I received the two shots/implants.

The actual Friday I do not know, but I remember it was very hot. I was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance. I knew a drug dealer who did not want other people to have his phone number. I was set up by someone I knew and all I did was phone [call] a pager number to a pay phone where the guys who were setting me up were [located] so they could contact this guy and they [the police] got me for delivery. I was not convicted [indicted] and released on Saturday.

There were two doctors in long blue overcoats at the jail overseeing the implanting process. I did not think much of it as the jail guards told us to get in this line during processing where one of the inmates did the injecting.(at least I thought he was an inmate- [I got] 2 shots wiggling the needle out of your arm) There were a lot of people being implanted.

From what I saw (but was not really paying attention to everything), there were at least 20 implanted judging by the line I was in. I did not know it was [Drs.] Philip Kennedy and Roy Bakay at the time, but through many voice-to-skull transmissions [received by Mike] he confirmed that it was Kennedy. Remember, I did not know I had these until I was attacked for showing people at the local bar about this web site [this took place in 2002-EIGHT YEARS after being implanted]. They attacked me because of their over-paranoid selves and wanted to silence me.

The radio show I contacted was the Mancow Muller show in Chicago. He is no longer on that radio station, but still has his web site and another show just on the outskirts of Chicago. This happened 3 days after being sleep deprived and attacked approximately December 17, 2002, the same day I got sent to the hospital for so-called "help."

I was at Reed mental hospital for 8 days and released on Christmas Eve 2002. The Cook County jail guards probably showed up [at Reed hospital] because I did get through [his call-in to the Mancow radio show] on the first call after they were attacking me for 3 days, plugged the web site, and I threatened to sue them while on the radio. I do have most of the 2 minute conversation on radio because I was listening to it [the Mancow radio show] about a week and a half later and they replayed it [the show with Mike's call]. I rushed to get a tape and got most of it. The only thing after, they replayed it was, the web site I plugged, was no longer on the internet.

The hospital where they were monitoring me on the computer is Resurrection hospital on Talcott in Chicago by Harlem/Talcott. Once again the date was approximately December 17 2002. The name of the mental hospital was Reed mental hospital in Harwood Heights.(it might be in Norridge because it is on the border) The guards did both. They came to see me in person and did voice-to-skull transmissions. I got to talk to one of the guards and got his name. His name was Patrick Ridge (he could have given me a fake name) and pretended to be friendly when talking to me.

When he started talking to me with voice-to-skull transmissions it was just the opposite. He (during voice-to-skull transmissions) would yell things like " I could see right through you and you're not going to cost me my police chief job in Barrington" (which is a rich suburb of Chicago) They also had a so called expert in Synel or synthetic telepathy at the jail named Larry. He was a Jewish guy who wore a yamika (do not know the spelling) who would stay near to me and always close his eyes. He taught me some things about sending telepathy and always pretended to be crazy or talking in riddles (that was his act)

He was the only guy there who could probably pick up some things I was thinking without looking at a computer screen. He was always within six feet from me when I had visitors and might have had implants in himself as well. I was on the bubble, so to speak, that if they thought I was going to sue after leaving the mental hospital, they would have fried my brains right then and there. I also overheard one of them say "we can just put a bullet in his head". That is it as far as names.

My family has not been attacked directly. I am the son of an ex Chicago police officer and my brother is a Chicago police officer. I am living at home right now and am unemployed. I had several jobs, but between working and being attacked, it is a very difficult thing to juggle. You do get attacked mostly when you are at home or in your car. I have noticed that on my last job, when going to work, the frequency would rise and the attacks would rise after going under the "I" pass on the highway, due to satellite tracking. My head is like an old-time TV with the volume turned down. You always hear that high pitched frequency, and it often changes.

I'll be posting Mike's story in greater detail in another article, but it's important to note from his e-mail that his implanting took place in 1994. You have to assume that the implant techonology has progressed significantly since then and is now in the Nano-technology realm, which means sub-microscopic implants that are probably no longer detectable by X-rays. You also have to assume that the big media promo to get the entire nation vaccinated for this pretext or that pretext, has much more to do with being implanted via inoculation for tracking and psychotronic manipulation than 'protecting' you from a new 'disease' invented in some government bio-weapons lab...
