URGENT! Jim Folsom July 13th sentencing hearing is OFF for now. Motions filed resulted in new date; POSSIBLY July 17th. I'll write more as soon as I know anything.

There were motions filed for several things pertaining to the Jim Folsom case, and today I received word that one of them has caused the Judge to (at least) postpone sentencing. There is something scheduled for July 17th, but we don't know if this is something the public can attend or not. As soon as I find out more I'll write again.

Also, refer to this site for the latest information (as of 7/9/09 this hasn't been updated, but will be soon).
