Must Watch Video Clip re. NDAA Lawsuit, the Supreme Court, &
a De-facto Military Dictatorship in America
[Editor's Note: Feb. 9. 2013. Do not expect that the Supreme Court will overrule the NDAA section that allows the military to abduct American citizens right out of their home and whisk them off to indefinite detention prisons if they hear the case (I actually heard the program called "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell me" with Peter Sagal on NPR today make JOKES about this deplorable reality of America's betrayal into communism and dictatorship). The Indonesian Marxist Usurper didn't appoint a Marxist Puerto Rican feminist to the Supreme Court so she would overrule him. There's still a possibility that the older Supreme Court justices will uphold the Constitution and knock down the Israeli henchmen Levin/McCain abduction section, but it's only a possibility. .More likely, the Supreme Court will duck the question entirely and not hear the case. The Appeals Court decision to stay the Judge Katherine Forrest injunction that stopped the NDAA abduction clause from going into effect was made by 3 Appeals Court judges, all of whom were appointed by Obama. Two of the three judges were not born in the United States. Raymond J. Lohier Jr. was born in Canada to Haitian parents. Denny Chin was born in Hong Kong, which, the last time I checked, is part of communist China.
Only Christopher F Droney, nominated by Israeli Dual Citizen Joseph Lieberman and appointed by Rhodes Scholar Clinton, was born in the United States of Marxist/Socialist Connecticut. .
On September 12, 2012, the three Obama appointees, without stating any reasons whatsoever, said:
"We conclude that the public interest weighs in favor of granting the government's motion for a stay," . POLITICO obtained the judges' motion on Tuesday (.pdf).
Treason of the highest order is now taking place almost daily and has become nearly routine since Obama's re-election. We have foreign nationals appointed to Federal bench positions making decisions which are gutting the very core of our Constitutional foundation, effectively delivering the American people into the hands of a military/police state, not unlike the Soviet systems erected in Russia in 1917. Awake America and stop idly sitting by while your country is being dismantled before your eyes. Take action., Get involved. Precious time is slipping away. Do something meaningful to help save this country...Ken Adachi]

Sierra Adamson interviews Chris Hedges at the hearing for the second court of appeals in the Hedges v Obama NDAA lawsuit. Hedges explains what has happened in the lawsuit to date, the next steps and what he sees in America's upcoming future.
The NDAA lawsuit is one of the key topics I have written about over the past year or so. For those of you that aren’t up to speed, one of the most popular posts I ever wrote was NDAA: The Most Important Lawsuit in American History that No One is Talking About. Basically, Section 1021 of the NDAA allows for the indefinite detention of American citizens without charges or a trial. Journalist Chris Hedges and several others sued Obama on the grounds of it being unconstitutional. Judge Katherine Forrest agreed and issued an injunction on it. This was immediately appealed by the Obama Administration to a higher court, which promptly issued a temporary stay on the injunction.
Yesterday, oral arguments began in front of this aforementioned higher court; the 2nd Circuit. As Chris Hedges states in the interview below, if they win the case then it will likely be brought in front of the Supreme Court within weeks. On the other hand, if the Obama Administration wins and the Supreme Court refuses to hear the appeal, Hedges states: “at that point we’ve just become a military dictatorship.”
