The Kidnapping of Constantin Ochescu

On August 5, 2004, The Las Vegas Police Kidnapped Constantin Ochescu and are holding him in jail without any charges or an arrest warrant on file. I was with him at the time and we were both treated harshly and interrogated by the arresting officers, even though there was no arrest warrant for either of us or probably cause stated by them, nor do either of us have any felonies in our background.

Bail was set, two days after habeas corpus expired, at $ 1500.00, which is suspicious due to the fact that Constantin Ochescu never even signed anything. Of course Constantin won't pay bail because that would be an admission that he's culpable; in fact he won't sign any unlawful contracts at all. It's been a long, long time in America since guilt has had to be proven by the courts. Now everyone's required to prove his/her innocence, instead, which is yet another grievous transgression by government.

The history of this man is that he never registered his automobile and never carried a driver license and he's been travelling in his very conspicuous pickup truck for five years in and around Las Vegas under those circumstances. He believes, based on his extensive study of the law, that he's well within his rights to do so, as do many other people around the country who similarly travel without registration or licensing. In fact, as Constantin and others note from their research, "There is no law which requires anyone to register a motor vehicle with any government within the United States of America, just as there is no law that requires anyone to file an income tax report."

Two years after Constantin publicly adopted this approach, Judge Boyle sentenced him to 15 days in jail for contempt of court, after the Las Vegas Police took him into custody in a case where no material losses existed. In fact Judge Boyle is known as "the terrorist of Las Vegas". He is enforcing private laws on public property; he fines and sentences people to imprisonment in cases where there are no material losses.

For many years, in fact, Judge Boyle sat on the bench without having taken any oath, so his own position is unlawful, it must be noted.

For two years after that, Constantin traveled freely in the area and was followed many times by police but never stopped.

A year ago he was arrested again but was released without having been charged after spending a day in jail.

The Police and the Department of Corrections in Las Vegas hide these kidnappings behind the formal term, "customer," which implies that one's imprisonment is a voluntary act but in fact they are applying abusive practices to Constantin right now, including extortion, isolation and grievous violation of habeas corpus, which clearly states that one must be charged within seventy two hours of an arrest or be released from custody. At this writing, Constantin was in jail for six days before Judge Toy Gregori charged him with and those charges were not written down, which means that they don't exist in fact.

A trial date has been set for Monday, August 16 and I'm sending this around simply to inform as many people as possible that this is taking place. Constantin won't voluntarily go to court because that would be an admission that the unlawful judge has jurisdiction over him, which is clearly not the case.

The intent of tyranny is to commit their crimes in secrecy and the internet has been established, I truly believe, to strip the veils from the federal government's present effort to enslave us all under their treasonous legislation. Make no mistake that Constantin's confinement was inspired by the US federal government, rather than the Las Vegas Justice System.

I almost hope that the benighted Las Vegas judge will incite the grossly unlawful Patriot Act because Constantin is obviously a living example of patriotism, having exceeded the personal standards of our own Founding Fathers in his open but peaceful and respectful defiance of anti-lawful, draconian legislation and the 70-year old, blatant control by governments of private property, which was started under Roosevelt's 'New Deal.' Maybe until now nobody was willing to look at the obvious fact that the federalization of private property was a Raw Deal to begin with.

When the government takes away our property and rights, which is what has happened, what's our logical response to be, after all?

My hope is that you'll simply discuss this on the internet and in your social circles and family. Open consultation is, after all, the only sure way to end secret tyranny because we are the government in the final analysis. I know from correspondence with thousands of people that Americans and, in fact, people in many other countries are now sick and tired of tyranny and exploitation. We deserve better.

We don't need to shoot anybody; we simply need to tell the government we've had enough. The internet is our podium and our votes all count in this dynamic new medium.
