[Editor's Note: I don't know this fellow, but he put me on his mailing list a year ago. He tends to go for patriot postings. Generally, his stuff is OK, but some things there concern me. I'm always suspicious and dubious of anonymous warnings about anything because serious people will usually identify themselves out of a sense of responsibility. Another red flag is the reference to snopes.com as a source of verification ~please, give me a break. And then there's the "Olympic Torch" that will burn up your hard drive. Come on!
Update Oct, 22, 2008: I got the above e-mail late last night and didn't have time to check it. I just checked it out and, sure enough, it's a hoax. That tells me that ole Bob isn't taking the time to investigate and check out what he's posting. That's not good, but it is typical of patriot sites which are heavy on paranoia, but light on fact-checking. . ....Ken]
