Chembuster Wooden Templates from educate-yourself.org (May 2009)

Chembuster templates are available for either a 2 gallon or 5 gallon chembuster You can buy a 2 gallon or 5 gallon plastic bucket at Home Depot or Lowe's Building supply. Lowe's Building supply still sell white 2 gallon & 5 gallon buckets, while Home Depot have 2 gallon white buckets, but only offer organge colored 5 gallon buckets today.

The wooden templates are made with 3/4 inch plywood (or sometimes yellow pine for the upper template). The lower template is left unpainted, while the upper wooden template is painted dark green. You need to obtain a pair of templates, one for the lower part of the bucket and another for the upper template holding the upper pipes together and in parallel alignment. The holes in the lower and upper template align with each other exactly. The holes for the iron pipe CB are slightly larger than the holes for the copper pipe CB.

You need to tell me two things when ordering a set of wooden templates:

1. What size CB will you be making? 5 gallon or 2 gallon?

2. What kind of pipes will you use? Copper pipes or zinc-coated iron pipes?

A) 2 gallon copper pipe template set $60 + shipping (includes the green upper template and the unpainted lower template)

B) 2 gallon iron pipe template set $60 + shipping

C) 5 gallon copper pipe template set $70 + shipping

D) 5 gallon iron pipe template set $70 + shipping
