Last night in group mediation I saw the potential for a HAARP-caused earthquake aimed at Seattle. In a grounded state of consciousness, I asked for the Operators to intervene removing the threat.

The same mechanism which increases the power of hurricanes, chews holes in the astral realms overhead. I saw a large piece over Yellowstone fracturing away from the first layer about 120 miles up. The same frequencies thawing pieces of aetheric ice in the oceans are melting holes in the aetheric ice foundations of the lowest astral realm. As densification of these realms through parasitic actions has placed much weight on particular pieces, especially above volcanic portals to the core of the earth, at Hot Spots, the Yellowstone piece would have come down fast. I estimate the weight and speed of the slab about half the size of Montana would have generated a Richter 8 earthquake at or near Seattle. I believe the Operators have taken action to remove the problem.

The Tesla technology has been around for a hundred years and many experiments were done before the Russians built their facility in the seventies. Their experiments more than likely triggered earthquakes in many parts of the world. The much more powerful HAARP facility and auxiliary facilities in the continental USA and over nations has increased the number and magnitude of quakes over the past two decades.

There is more than enough help to remove this problem. It is simply a matter of asking sincerely, connected to source, full of love and with both feet flat on the earth...grounded. It is the same way many have been praying for the reduction of hurricane intensity.

Meditations which I have attended have not been attempts to slip off to the astral, but are to fully infuse the heart, mind and body with power. In the body, full conscious awareness, straight thinking inductions of power give the spirit something to work through. Slipping out of the body voids the ability of spirit to work into this dimension. So many New Age meditations are aimed at breaking the heart, mind, body and spirit connection. The body is the power center through which miracles happen.

As so much of the astral is fragmented, a useful way of visualizing the healing of the planet is to place a globe of the earth in a plastic cube. Clipping the eight corners of the cube helps circulate healthy orgone around the model of the planet. This is one of the techniques used 34 years ago to stabilize the Pacific Ring of Fire when H-Bombs were detonated at Amchitka Island in the Aleutians. I used yellow Plexiglas around a red sphere. Earthquakes can be stopped through applied consciousness. Seventy of us worked on that problem.

The fragmenting of the lowest astral realm is a mixed blessing. It takes a lot of the age old mind control off line. It is as if the NWO in attempting to exercise greater fear based control of humanity is taking the source of fear away. The odds are not in their favour. HAARP is punching holes in the hell realms.

The higher dimensional beings surrounding the planet have many ways preventing earthquakes. What they need are people on the ground who will anchor the energy. In "grounding" the Earth sends back a vortex of power, helping forge the connection to the great ones above.
