Any cylinder with one open end and one grounded end acts as a Cloud Buster. Newtonian Reflector Telescopes with large pieces of glass at their bottoms can act as weak Chem Busters. Any pipe sticking out of the ground will either suck or blow orgone depending on what ground it is in and the water table.

The Wentworth Tower needs to be ventilated at ground level and have a clear passage for the rising hot air. The best place for the blades and turbines is near the bottom where the air is densest (wind speed is also a consideration). The dynamos and transformers would act as electrical/magnetic grounds in the same way Reich and Constable place a wire from the end of the tube to a pail of water or into a large body of water. The Darling River enters the Murray River at Wentworth could contribute to the grounding circuit. It is likely that the tower will be hundreds of meters at the base and made of metal. With that width and length it will either suck or blow orgone far out into the solar system. A disaster in the making.

Before I go into Plate Tectonics I will explain where I received this information.

David Livingstone was born in 1920 in Kingston Ontario. An orphan, he was adopted by the Livingstones at 13. Also at 13, he went through illumination and reacquired full knowledge of his past incarnations. Also at 13 he ran away from his adoptive parents and worked as a merchant marine on the Great Lakes. During WWII, he was in the convoys which crossed the North Atlantic. After the war he travelled widely and later counted 88 countries visited. He expanded his grade three education and was well read by the time I met him in 1970. The books he was quoting could have only come from someone who had access to the cosmic record.

David visited the University of British Columbia and took me away from my engineering studies. He gathered together about a hundred young people, mainly between the ages of 16 and 24 and taught us cosmic law. Many were hippies from 4th Avenue, Vancouver's Haight-Ashbury, stoned on any number of substances and got them to quit cold turkey. There was an emergency, the Amchitka tests had been scheduled. David needed to put together a "power group".

Ask most Americans or Canadians about the significance of Amchitka and you will get a blank stare in return. Alaskans are the exception as Amchitka is in the Aleutian Island Chain and the test site for H-Bombs during the early 1970s. The Pacific Islands where the first H-Bombs were exploded was no longer available. Nevada could not take the 5 megaton blasts. Las Vegas would shake severely. Alaska was an option and most of the Aleutians were lightly populated. The few on and around Amchitka were moved away. At this time, the theory of Plate Tectonics was newly accepted by the majority of earth scientists. Most of the younger generation were now on board, but the scientists working for the Defense Dept. did not want to believe that they could cause earthquakes even if they placed an H-Bomb on one of the most seismically active islands in the world. Amchitka is on the Ring of Fire.

Greenpeace was started in Vancouver to protest Amchitka. Its first exercise in eco-terrorism tactics was to land some people on the beaches of Amchitka in a zodiac inflatable. Later it would use the same techniques against whaling ships. Now Greenpeace is based out of London England and owned by the NWO.

In early 1971 seventy freshly minted cosmic minded "power group" newbees assembled in David's home in Vancouver. We were so new at this that we should have had McDonald's Hamburger trainee hats on. David turned on the power, heaped on the coals, put the gas pedal to the fire wall and set up a vortex of power that extended out a quarter of a mile. In human terms that means tens of thousands of people in the area had a cosmic experience, and/or awakening. World-wide people on the same mental frequencies as those in the room were having awakenings and stirrings of awareness. Also the NWO black magicians and those who participated in their rites were blasted onto their derrieres. Somebody they did not know or a group that they did not know existed had just performed a power ritual which was many magnitudes larger than any that they had been able to conjure up. David's term for the NWO was "diabolical conspiracy". Over the following ten years, those seventy, me included, had many psychic/mental/physical battles with the black magicians of the diabolical conspiracy.

David invoked protection for the whole Pacific Ring of Fire to stop the catalytic conditions in the planet and above the planet which would have led to a west coast or Asian earthquake in the 9 or 10 Richter scale. Now 31 years later California is still there.

It took me years to discover what the word "catalytic" meant. It was several years after David died in 1987 that I finally saw that it referred to Etheric Plate Tectonics and the densification of those lower realms with deadly or heavy orgone. It is the manipulations by the bosses of the NWO on those levels and their attempt to control the world from the lower etheric through black magic hypnotics which could catalyze the selfsame collapse of those weighty continents of etheric ice onto particular lands beneath. In the resulting chaos, one world government could be achieved. So they think. The diabolical control and later destruction of the USA is part of that plan. Amchitka would have created much dense deadly orgone which would have been syphoned onto the lowest level by etheric pipes,  NWO Cloud Busters.

Reichian Cloud Busters have been compromised by etheric pipes. Chem Busters will likewise be compromised, so constant variation of design is necessary.

ELF towers generating low levels of deadly orgone is dangerous, even below mass hypnotic level as it supplies planetary weighty orgone to the etheric pipes which in turn could cause the collapse of the lowest levels of the astral realms. To the diabolicals on the lowest level, it is like drilling for oil and the more oil they suck from the Earth, the quicker the ecological and seismic collapse. Is it any wonder why the NWO owns planetary oil and gas production.

The design for the Wentworth Tower probably came through agents of the NWO.

I am not a member of any group which could be called New Age or White Brotherhood. David found that all the groups which had information on the assemblage of a "power group" had been infiltrated long ago. The diabolicals fear that humanity will recognize their inherent spiritual powers and had made a mockery out of all religions and beliefs in order that humanity would remain powerless in the dark.
