[June 3, 2017 Update to original introduction posted on May 24, 2017: Yesterday, I was searching for web sites that focused on Targeted Individuals in order to add them to this page as Related links for further reading. I came upon Citizens Against Harmful Technology (CAHT) whose web page and graphics crystallized for me the clear and undeniable purpose for electronic harassment and torture technology is to enslave everyone on the planet to electronic mind control and electronic coercion conditioning. This is not hyperbole or exaggeration. The technology to exert complete and total control over the human body, to record the thoughts, words, and vision seen through human eyes, as well as to communicate through the mind of targeted victims, is already in place (listen to the podcasts if you don't believe me) and is being expanded to include and to eventually affect every single human being. The 4G and 5G microwave transmitters that the Telecommunication industry and their sellout whores in the FCC and congress (and in the California legislature) are currently attempting to ram through, fast-track approve (and sidestep local regulatory control), are part and parcel of this electronic harassment and torture technology being described here with the Ella Free podcasts (and adroitly explained on the CAHT web site reproduced further below). Folks, this is the most serious threat facing humanity and it seems only a handful of people - worldwide - are even aware of the gravity of the dangers we now face.
I had previously posted articles about the dangers of 4G and 5G transmitters being installed in neighborhoods across the nation from the perspective of health damage from increased exposure to WiFi microwave energy fields. However, the REAL purpose of 4G and 5G is to enable the electronic harassment and coercion systems being described here - and that is a far greater danger.

Important New Information Update, Dec. 25, 2017: I stumbled across a Youtuber named "Lookoutfa Charlie," a former Targeted Individual,who has developed a protocol that has allowed him to free himself completely of all expressions of electronic harassment, including V2K and microwave body zapping. Anyone who is suffering from electronic harassment needs to read this information and carefully consider this cleansing protocol.

Ella Free Tel. : 541.848.0005I stumbled upon Ella Free's Youtube channel while searching for videos of Roger Tolces. I was looking for more information on countermeasures to block the electronic harassment and torture signals that Targeted Individuals are forced to endure. I remembered Roger's name from hearing him on Coast to Coast radio many years ago and I was curious to see what he had to say on this topic. It turns out that the most recent video from Roger Tolces was an interview he did with Youtuber Ella Free on Nov 2016. It was a good show and I was glad to see that he had developed a Tesla-based system that could block the signal at least while the person was sleeping in bed (at $1500 plus, it was fairly expensive, but he said it worked for most people).
Since it was a tri weekly call-in show, I went to Ella's Youtube page and started to listen to some of her other shows and I was greatly impressed by the caliber of the information presented and the astuteness of both the guest and the callers. Ella started her call-in show, Triumph over Targeting, in May of 2016. Also a TI, Ella is an excellent host and does a perfect job in coordinating her guest and the calls. Each show is typically 3 or 4 hours long, so it takes some time to listen to the whole thing, but it's well worth it. I've downloaded all of her videos posted so far and converted them into mp3 audio files, so I can listen to them using an mp3 player while doing other work. I've only heard 4 shows so far, but each one of them has been a blockbuster. The most recent show I heard was Ella's interview with Camilo Lopez who is an amazing guy; a free spirit with the most incredible - and inspiring - story imaginable. His experience as a non conformist, first in his home country of communist Cuba and later when he attended university in communist East Germany was amazing to hear. His life story would make a dramatic movie. His call-in show is 4 hours long, but it won't seem that long when you listen to it because it's so engrossing. You can't help but like this guy. He comes across very sincere and straight.
If you are a Targeted Individual, you'll want to bookmark this Youtube channel and listen to these shows. They are loaded with good ideas on organizing, networking, mitigating the electronic attacks, filing class action lawsuits, and creating a network to act collectively to force the courts, police and politicians to do their job and stop stone-walling victims of this horrendous and inhumane torture.
I will eventually post all of the Youtube links to her shows (with descriptions) on this page and also include a mp3 audio file for each show for playback and storage on your hard drive.. In the meantime, you can go to Ella'sYoutube page and click on the shows yourself.

The new healthcare will require all patients to be implanted with a system of electronic devices which read, record and communicate a person's bodily functions to police, firemen, medics, hospitals, and anyone else who has the MAC address or ID of your implants.
Targeted Individuals are already being covertly implanted with these tiny sensors which include brain reading capability. This system is not being used for healthcare. It is being used for extreme surveillance and torture, heating, vibrating and stimulating pain.
