Salmon Arm hit 108 degrees today and it will be even hotter Tuesday. A town two hours west of us hit 116 degrees. It has never been so hot since records started in 1856. Sixty towns broke temperature records. Seattle was 97 degrees. It feels like Phoenix,, Arizona. Los Angeles was cool today. Forest fire fighting aircraft and helicopters have been in the air all day. Fortunately few fires so far.
Feels totally unnatural. The ringing in my ears has been very loud. It is as if BC is being microwaved. Last week the FAA told aircraft to avoid flying over Gakona Alaska HAARP facilities. I have never heard that warning before even when it was broadcasting a billion watt signal about 15 years ago.
After Wednesday it is supposed to cool to the 90s.
