Defeating the New World Order: Honourable Ann Bressington Exposes UN Agenda 21, Club of Rome, Population Control, World Government
Presenter: Honourable Ann Bressington Independent MLC South Australia

Date: 2 Feb 2013
Location: Adelaide Convention Centre

Ann Bressington is an Independent MLC South Australia. She first heard about Agenda 21 in 2008 and like most people blew it off as a "conspiracy theory". However she noticed a legislative pattern emerging and noticed that the laws that were being created were consistent with Agenda 21 and recognized to curtailment of our freedom.

In her experience the term Agenda 21 was not meant to be spoken. However, as you will see from the summary of her speech, there is a lot that has to be said.

Club of Rome
-Origins of the environmental movement began in 1968 when the Club of Rome was formed
- The Club of Rome has been described as a crisis think tank which specialized in crisis creation.
-The Club of Rome was looking for a crisis that would unite the world can condition us to having global solutions to local problems.
-”The First Global Revolution”, authored by Alexander King and Bertrand Schnider - Pages 104-105 described how they were going to use the threat of pollution global warming and water shortages would be used to unite the world.

Lima Declaration
-1975 Australia agreed to bring in a new economic order by signing onto the Lima Declaration.
-It defined the redeployment of tool, jobs and manufacturing to the developing nations.
-The Lima Declaration and many other similar agreements were signed with support by all political players; Witlam, Fraser, Hawk, Keating, Houson, Howard, Rudd, Democrats, Greens and National.
-These treaties were the foundation for the rollout of UN Agenda 21.

Agenda 21
-1992, George Bush Sr. Said “The effective execution of Agenda 21 will require a profound reorientation of human society, unlike anything the world has ever experienced. A major shift in priorities of both governments and individuals and an unprecedented redeployment of human and financial resources. This shift will demand that a concern for the environmental consequences of every human action will be integrated into individual and collective decision making at every level.
-1992 Maurice Strong (member of Club of Rome and Canadian billionaire) said, “It is clear that the current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class involving a high meat intake, consumption of a large amount of frozen convenience foods, use of fossil fuels, ownership of motor vehicles, small electrical appliances, home and work air conditioning and suburban housing are not sustainable”.

-Bressington comment: Notes that by deduction it is obvious that Agenda 21 is about controlling every aspect of our lives.

-Dixie Ray (former Washington State governor) “Agenda 21 seeks to establish a mechanism for transferring the wealth from citizens to the third world. Fear of environmental crisis would be used to create a world government and UN central direction.

-1976 UN Habitat 1 Conference: Land cannot be treated as an ordinary asset. Control by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of the accumulation and concentration of wealth. Therefore, contributes to social injustice.

-Report from the President's Council on Sustainable Development, “We need a new collaborative decision making process that leads to better decisions, more rapid change and more sensible use of human, natural and financial resources in achieving our goals.

-Harvey Ruben, Vice Chair of the Wild Lands Project said, “Individual rights will have to take a back seat to the collective”.

-J. Gary Lawrence, adviser to president Clinton's resident's Council on Sustainable Development, “Participating in a UN advocated planning process would very likely bring out many of the conspiracy fixated groups and individuals in our society. This segment of our society who fear one world government and UN invasion through which our individual freedoms will be stripped away would actively work to defeat any elected official who joined the conspiracy by undertaking Agenda 21 so we will call our process something else. We will call it comprehensive planning or growth management or SMART growth. We ended up with sustainable development.”

Bressington Comment:We see big spending on projects while at the same time the government says it is cash strapped and raising levies, while we the people have to tighten our belts. Financial resources are being redirected from the people to the government through fines, levies and taxes while the owners of land are getting swamped by many laws restricting how they use their land. The intrusions into property of the land owners will move from the country to the suburbs to the city because the government has the “authority” to do it. The government is taking our rights under common law. Common law is what gives us the ability to correct injustices. Bressington is now saying in parliament that the government is declaring war on its own citizens. People may become apathetic because of the two party system however, the legislative council exists for checks and balances. The council is not overly influenced by the parties. Legislation can be blocked. It is important for people to get involved with the legislative process. Discuss Agenda 21 with your elected representatives and educate them.

Population Control and the New World Order
-1973 New York Times quote from Ted Turner (Club of Rome), “The social experiment in China under Chairman Mao's leadership is one of the most important and successful in human history”.

-Cameron Comment: Note that under Mao, 60-80 million Chinese people were killed.

-1987 Gorbachev (Club of Rome), “We are moving toward a New World Order, the world of Communism, and we shall never turn off that road.”
-1996 Gorbachev, “The environmental crisis will be the international disaster that will unlock the new world order, one world government”.
-1992 Earth Summit Earth Charter, co-written by Maurice Strong and Mikhail Gorbachev “It was hoped that this document would be adopted as the new 10 commandments with environmentalism as the new one world religion. Out of this summit came Agenda 21.
-1996 Ted Turner, “The total population of 250 – 300 million people is ideal. That means a reduction of 95% from present levels would be even more ideal. Anyone who abhors the China one child policy is simply a dumb dumb.”
-1998 Baltimore Sun reported, most of Ted Turners first donation to the UN of 22 million went to programs that seek to stall population.
-Another goal of the depopulation process is for the upcoming generation to submit to sterilization to save Mother Earth.
