Today, there is an amazing explosion of information about natural health and alternative medicine information over the internet. Previously, I could only find this sort on information in books, but now the latest and the greatest seems to be posted on the internet. Message boards are somewhat more reliable for balanced information than a web site that just offers health products, devices, or supplements. You tend to get a lot of hyperbole and over statements from commecial sites, but message boards are more 'self correcting' in that regard, as everyone has the chance to offer a counter opinion to hype. Send me your recommendations for other chat sites that offer similar information
