Baytown, July 23, 2003: The City of Baytown has received notice of a claim on behalf of Naomi Autin alleging the use of excessive force by Baytown police officer, Micah Aldred and alleging personal injuries. The Baytown Police Department has initiated a review of the incident involving Ms. Autin. Officer Aldred was dispatched to 1320 Willow, Baytown, Texas, concerning a family problem.
