13 More Innocents Die by Hand of Mind Contolled Shooter to Hasten Gun Control Legislation (April 5, 2009)

A day or two after the Virginia Tech shooting, I sent a short article to Jeff Rense indicating that there was no doubt in my mind that the VA Tech shooting was the work of a mind control programmed assassin and that ALL such programmed assassins of public slaughter carnage always conveniently kill themselves following their shooting rampage-or so we are told by the police and the media. Subsequently, as details came out in alternative news outlets, it became abundantly clear that the individual involved in the VA Tech shooting had CIA mind control fingerprints all over his background. Cathy O'Brien, who co-authored TranceFormation in America with Mark Phillips, also mentioned that nearby Blackburg, Virginia included a secret underground CIA mind control programming facility that she herself was taken to for programming.

On Friday, April 3, 2009, another 13 (not an insignificant number) innocent individuals in Binghamton, New York were sacrificed by Illuminati planners to play an unwitting sacrificial role in a macabre play, following a script written decades ago, to bring about a public demand to end gun ownership in America. Now that handlers Rockefeller and Brzezinski decided that Israeli citizen and Zionist agent Rham Emanuel would head up the Imposter's Chief of Staff, we shall undoubted see many more sacrificial lambs being blown away by CIA mind controlled assassins until the hue and cry goes up: "enough is enough!"and "We must put an end to guns once and for all!" . The same script was used to install gun control in the U.K., Austrailia, and New Zealand; the exact same script.

I'm only guessing, but it's a reasonable assumption that media-hungry NWO sell outs like Chris Dodd and Barney Frank will likely lead the charge from Capitol Hill for all out gun control in America when the Illuminati decides that the time is right.

But we have a way to go before that day comes, as America still contains millions of people who know well the foolishness of surrendering their last means of personal defense against government sponsored treason, despite the self same government's guarantees of "peace and security" that will follow-we will be told- in the wake of gun control.

So plan on MANY MORE unwitting sacrificial lambs, especially the most innocent among us, to be slaughtered in the coming months, so that the treasonous filth who have taken control of this government and its military, can install their gun control agenda and eventually lead its unarmed patriot-minded citizens straight into those FEMA death camps for liquidation.

Reporting from Los Angeles and Binghamton, N.Y. -- For immigrants in chilly Binghamton, the doorway to America opens through the friendly building on Front Street. But Friday, the American Civic Assn. -- a place crowded with recent arrivals taking English classes and citizenship exams -- became a killing zone.

A gunman barricaded the back door of the immigration services center with a car, thwarting escape, then entered through the front door. Opening fire, he killed 13 people and seriously wounded four others before apparently committing suicide.

Binghamton Police Chief Joseph Zikuski said the gunman gave no warning. "I don't think there was any conversation," he said.

As the gunman entered the building, he killed one receptionist and shot another in the stomach. She pretended to be dead, hiding under a table and waiting for a chance to call 911, while he moved down the hall. In a nearby room he opened fire on a group taking a citizenship class.

Police arrived less than two minutes after receiving the receptionist's call at 10:31 a.m., Zikuski said. Amid the carnage, they found a body believed to be the shooter's, along with two handguns, body armor, ammunition and a magazine. He apparently shot himself.

"We have no idea what the motive is," Zikuski said, but added that the shooter was "no stranger to the Civic Assn."

An anonymous law enforcement source told the Associated Press that the gunman had an identification card that said he was Jiverly Voong, 42. Authorities searched his home in nearby Johnson City on Friday and confiscated computer hard drives, a rifle case and luggage.

A second law enforcement official said the two handguns found with the body were registered to Jiverly Wong, another name the man used. He once lived in Southern California.

Paulus Lukas, human resources manager for Kikka Sushi in Inglewood, said Jiverly Wong worked for the company as a deliveryman for nearly seven years, until July 2007. Kikka Sushi is a caterer serving supermarkets and corporate and school cafeterias.

Wong was a good worker, Lukas said, but quiet. It was only in talking to co-workers Friday afternoon, Lukas said, that he learned Wong was Vietnamese.

When the staff at Kikka heard about the shootings, Lukas said, "we didn't really think this person could do such a thing. He was really good at doing his job -- we respected him for that. He's never late, he's always punctual. And when he finishes his job, he goes home. He doesn't complain, he doesn't argue with people. He gets along."

The only blemish he could recall was that Wong sometimes drove the company van too fast. But after being reprimanded, Lukas said, he improved his driving.

He said that Wong earned $9 an hour by the end of his employment, and that he never formally quit but just failed to show up for work one day, leaving co-workers speculating about what might have happened. In early 2008, Lukas said, Wong called to ask that his W-2 forms be sent to an address in New York state.

Binghamton Mayor Matthew Ryan, who described Friday as "the most tragic day in Binghamton history," said the gunman reportedly had been laid off from his job nearby at IBM. "I believe he was trying to get assistance [at the center] for obtaining employment," Ryan said.

"The word was he lost his job and was pretty distraught. . . . If the story checks out, it's obvious that he was very concerned about being unemployed and not dealing with it well."

An IBM employee said Jiverly Wong did not work at IBM.

After the shooting, the SWAT team removed 37 people from the building, four of them critically injured; 26 of them had taken shelter in a boiler room. Many were immigrants who spoke little or no English.

As officers sought to determine who might be a shooter, they led some people from the building in flex cuffs, but they were ruled out as suspects, authorities said.

Binghamton is a town of about 46,000 people, located at the junction of two rivers some 140 miles northwest of Manhattan. Ryan described it as "a very proud city," with 30 languages spoken at local schools and a long history of welcoming immigrants -- from Europe in the past and from Asia more recently. About 1 person in 4 is nonwhite, according to a demographic estimate.

The city's main street features old four-story brick buildings in the classic style of the industrial Northeast, with a sprinkling of ethnic restaurants and food marts and a nearby Martin Luther King memorial promenade. The Binghamton area is the birthplace of IBM, which has suffered job cuts in recent years.

"We really celebrate all the cultures here," Ryan said. "Because there has always been a strong immigrant population here, I just think it's been somewhat of a natural fit."

New York Gov. David Paterson noted that Friday's violence followed other mass gun slayings in the last month. He cited the case of a man who fatally shot 10 people in Alabama before killing himself, and the Oakland slayings of four police officers.

"When are we going to be able to curb the kind of violence that is so fraught and so rapid that we can't even keep track of the incidents?" the governor said.

President Obama issued this statement: "Michelle and I were shocked and deeply saddened to learn about the act of senseless violence in Binghamton, N.Y., today. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims, their families and the people of Binghamton. We don't yet know all the facts, but my administration is actively monitoring the situation and the vice president is in touch with Gov. Paterson and local officials to track developments."

The shooting resonated with groups that work with immigrants in Los Angeles and around the nation.

"Everyone who works with the immigrant community is heartbroken," said Judy London, directing attorney of the immigrant rights project at Public Counsel in Los Angeles. "Any time a tragedy happens in a workplace that is similar to yours, it hits close to home."

Ali Noorani -- executive director of the National Immigration Forum, a pro-immigrant advocacy group in Washington, D.C. -- said he urged people to resist using the shooting for political purposes in the immigration debate. Any workplace shooting is horrific, he said, but this was especially tragic because it occurred at a place that gives hope to newcomers to the country.

"This is truly an American tragedy in that these were people who were looking to become the newest of our American communities," Noorani said. "So many people come to this country fleeing persecution or violence, and here they were studying to become citizens -- only to become victims of violence."

Ryan said a family center had been set up in Binghamton where people could find out about relatives.

"By process of elimination, families are probably starting to realize they lost a loved one," he said.

The mayor called the American Civic Assn. "a mainstay of our community." The group assists immigrants and refugees with resettlement, citizenship, family reunification, interpretation and translation. Many of its clients have fled war and conflict in other countries and have been working to build new lives in the U.S., according to the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, a network of organizations serving immigrants and refugees.

The network said the Binghamton group was one of its partner agencies. The network issued a statement saying that it was "shocked and saddened by the shooting" and announcing that it had established a fund to help the community.

"Our hearts go out to the victims, their families and the Binghamton community," the statement said. "We know the entire community of Binghamton will rally around the American Civic Assn., the people it serves and, in particular, the victims and their families."

Every pew was filled Friday evening at a candlelight vigil for the victims at Redeemer Lutheran Church.

Among those in attendance was Greg Jenkins, a disaster coordinator for the Broome County Council of Churches, who said the area had a long history of welcoming immigrants -- Asians, Italians, Poles, Bosnians.

The victims "were trying to do it the right way, becoming American citizens," he said, shaking his head as he gripped a candle.

Kasim Kopuz, an imam who runs the mosque in Johnson City, said the missing included a 56-year-old Iraqi woman and a Pakistani woman in her 20s, both of whom attended English classes at the immigrant service center.

Over a week ago one of my sources told me that the psychiatrists who programmed Sleepers are being hunted down and killed. It's being done like this because the psychiatrists are easier to find than are their victims.

A programmed sleeper needs timely "recall visits" to keep the program in place. If there is no programmer around to keep these people in their programs, a number of things might happen.

Some people will wake up, as if they have been a victim of amnesia. They will remember their "other" life and they will try to return to it and to the people they once loved.

The example above is one of the tragic, but sometimes heartwarming cases where a long lost child returns home with a new family. Sadly, sometimes the long lost spouse returns home only to find that his/her former spouse has remarried and is in love with someone else.

The examples above are NOT the norm.

What usually happens if a programmed sleeper is no longer kept in his program?

They start to destruct.

Some of the signs they exhibit are instability, anger, wild bursts of screaming and yelling. Possibly threatening to kill or destroy those around them.

These are minor and with proper care the person can be brought out of their programming. Sadly, most of these people will not have an informed person around to help them. Some may end up in a mental institution under heavy medication... literally a chemical lobotomy.

If anyone you know is exhibiting erratic behavior. Find a hypnotherapist you trust and hire him for some major deprogramming.

The "sleepers" we need to worry about are the Level 5 programmed Manchurian Candidates.

The Level 5's are beyond recall. This means that without the programming that keeps them in "stasis" until they are triggered to perform their mission... they could go off like a stick of dynamite and carry out their mission... but NOT at the place and time their programmers desire.

What is a Level 5?

Read what Gunther Russbacher wrote. Then ask yourself what will happen if thousands of Level 5 Sleepers start going off randomly all around the world.

In the past when the school killings were going on there was pattern to the mayhem and destruction... the pattern was to build on the fears that people have of guns so that the country would be clamoring for MORE gun laws.

These random acts of violence will be so diverse that no one will be able to pigeonhole the killers. The public at large will NOT clamor for more gun laws... they will clamor for guns in every house, school, car and purse.

An armed society could prevent the senseless slaughter.

If my source is right and the programmers are being killed... then we are in store for more gun violence than ever before, but it will be the kind that will make people demand that more guns be put in the hands of responsible people.

A gun in every purse or pocket could have prevented some of the killings that have taken place in the last week.

At Level 5, the "trigger" which activates the program is inserted.

At Level 5, very carefully, a code word, sequence of numbers, or a voice imprint is "etched" into the subject's brain. This is commonly known and referred to as the "trigger" which will activate the subject into action. At this time, the subject will also be implanted with a coded tracking device so that his location will always be known.

Once Level 5 programming is complete, the subject is released to live a very normal and sometimes useful life. The subject will have no memory of being involved with the intelligence community, and will have no memory of the hypnosis sessions.

The "sleeper" who has been given a complete new identity will have no memory of his "former" life, therefore he will never question who he is. The subject will live a normal life as a doctor, an airline pilot, a politician, an eccentric loner, or a movie star until the subject is required to perform the missions for which he was created.

These missions or programs were implanted/written into Level 4 hypnosis. Once the the Level 5, programmed "sleeper" assassin is finished with the programming , he is referred to as a "Clear Eyes". A "Clear Eyes" is a "sleeper assassin" who is capable of being triggered, i.e. activated.

Once a "Clear Eyes" is "triggered", accidently or on purpose, the subject is beyond recall. A Level 5 "Clear Eyes" can only be approached after he carries out his program or operation.

Because of the programming, the subject will not be able to associate with the crime he has just committed. Such a programmed subject is Sirhan Sirhan, the assassin of Robert Kennedy. To this day Sirhan cannot recall anything about shooting Senator Kennedy.

Only psychiatrists trained in our method of sub mental behavior programming, overwrites and overlays, will be able to find any tracks leading to post Level 1 or 2 mind control. In other words, a regular psychiatrist may discover that the subject has been hypnotized in the past, and may even discover the original personality. But a regular psychiatrist will never be able to discover the location in the brain or memory, where Levels 3, 4 and 5 programs are stored.

Without an activation "key", a normal psychiatrist will never uncover the programming unless by accident.

If the programmed subject is told to walk into an armed camp and assassinate an enemy leader, the subject will carry out his program with no regard to his personal welfare, whether he lives or dies, or how he is supposed to escape. In most cases of programmed "Clear Eyes" who commit murders or assassinations, the subject is killed on the spot, either by an innocent bystander who kills only to end the killing, or by an agency operative who is on site to insure nothing goes wrong, in other words, that the subject "self destructs" or is killed.

In some cases the subject is captured and not killed. Due to the type of programming used in "Operation Open Eyes", the subject will not be able to divulge any information. Even if the subject is brutally tortured, he will not be able to remember the actual killing or terrorist act, let alone why he did it. This is because all programming is buried deep within long forgotten childhood memories which were recalled under Level 3 hypnosis. (This is the level where real childhood memories are accidently destroyed in politicians and other officials who have agendas "overwritten" on their own personalities.)

Even under the "truth serum" drugs, the subject cannot reveal the truth because his conscious mind has no access to it. Using "Operation Open Eyes", the government can create the perfect assassin, saboteur or terrorist. One who will perform on cue, not be able to remember anything, or self destruct before being captured.
