Connecticut Gov. Malloy Signs Ebola "Health Emergency" Edict, Authorizing State Bureaucrats to Forcibly Vaccinate or Quarantine Anyone
[Editor's Note: This is the same Illuminated rat who supported and defended the conspiring criminals of the Connecticut State police, state attorney general, and the painfully inept actor/state medical examiner, etc, who were ALL co-conspirators in the Sandy Hook shooting hoax and its cover up. These criminals need to be arrested and prosecuted for their participation in that despicable hoax upon the American people.
Malloy barely won the 2010 election by a mere 6,400 votes. Malloy won the election thanks to the 81% vote he got from Bridgeport, Connecticut where the Registrar of Voters, Santa Ayala's daughter, Christina Ayala, a represenatitve in the Connecticut House, was just indicted for voter fraud.
Can you believe that? She's coming up for arraignment later this month (October 2014). Bridgeport has a long legacy of voter election fraud in the 70s and 80s especially, with former Chicago-style Democrat bosses like Mayor John Mandinici and the cohorts of his administration who followed in his wake to run the city.
Bridgeport has a dwindling population of whites, and a fairly large population of poor blacks and hispanics (largest Puerto Rican population in the USA outside of Puerto Rico) who are routinely deceived by the gravy train promises of people like Malloy who's anxious to suck up to his Lord & Master, the Indonesian Usurper, Obama, in backing a high minimum wage and other state grants supposedly targeted to inner city youth, etc. in order to gain favor with the po' folk. It's obvious that Malloy is trying to kiss Massa Obama's butt by being the first suckup governor out of the box to give Obama the mandatory vaccination/quarantine "authorization" that the Marxist, Illuminated servants of Zionism are hoping to achieve nationwide. However, Malloy is up for re-election in November in a too-close-to-call race with Tom Foley, the Republican opponent. If Foley's advisors had any brains, they would make an issue of Malloy's jump-the-gun "health emergency" edict since the edit doesn't even meet the basic definition of a "public health emergency" which is defined in the Connecticut General Statutes 19a-131a as "an occurence or imminent threat," Can a SINGLE reported Ebola death in Dallas, Texas, about 1,700 miles from Connecticut, be considered an "imminent threat?" Obama is going to Bridgeport again on October 15 to try to put his buddy Malloy over the top.
I hope Bridgeport voters show more brains this time around and send that needle-happy, tin pot dictator back to his elitist haunts in Stamford and Greenwich where he can think about doing something else for a living besides trying to destroy people's health by forcing upon them mandatory, poisonous, untested, unproven, liability-free vaccines.

HARTFORD, CT — Governor Dannel Malloy has declared Connecticut to be in a state of public health emergency, enabling the indefinite suspension of certain civil rights. State bureaucrats have been granted the broad authority to forcibly detain suspected sick people without due process. The declaration came preemptively, as Connecticut has not yet seen a single case of the virus it purports to stop.
The governor’s October 7th declaration read as follows:
“In response to the epidemic of the Ebola virus currently affecting multiple countries in western Africa, and in order to provide the Commissioner of Public Health and other appropriate officials with all authorities necessary to prevent any potential transmission of the Ebola virus within the State of Connecticut, I hereby declare a public health emergency for the State, pursuant to the Connecticut General Statutes Section 19a-131a, for the duration of the epidemic. Specifically, in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes Section 19a-131b, I authorize the Commissioner of Public Health to Order the isolation or quarantine, under conditions prescribed by the Commissioner of Public Health, of any individual or group of individuals whom the Commissioner reasonably believes to have been exposed to, infected with, or otherwise at risk of passing the Ebola virus.”
– Governor Dannel P. Malloy, October 7, 2014Rationalizing his actions, the governor said in a statement: “We need to have the authorities in place that will allow us to move quickly to protect public health, if and when that becomes necessary. Signing this order will allow us to do that.”
The recipient of most of the newly-imparted power is Jewel Mullen, Connecticut’s Commissioner of the Department of Public Health (DPH). By having this measure in place, Commissioner Mullen explained, “we don’t have to scramble in the event I need to take action.”
The actions that authorities might want to “scramble” to use is the forcible quarantine of citizens — without charges or trial.
Connecticut General Statutes Section 19a-131a spells out the powers that may be used during the state of public health emergency:
“[While] the emergency exists [the state] may do any of the following: (1) Order the commissioner to implement all or a portion of the public health emergency response plan developed pursuant to section 19a-131g; (2) authorize the commissioner to isolate or quarantine persons in accordance with section 19a-131b; (3) order the commissioner to vaccinate persons in accordance with section 19a-131e; or (4) apply for and receive federal assistance.”
As noted above, the Commissioner may issue an order of mass vaccination at his or her own discretion.
Section 19a-131d states that any individual who refuses to comply with any portion of the order may be punished with with fines and imprisonment for up to one (1) year.
Fending off a police state requires constant vigilance against efforts to desecrate civil liberties. As the current scenario has shown us, a climate of fear — fear of disease, terrorism, foreign threats, etc. — makes it all-too easy to suspend constitutional rights with minimal public resistance. Many people actually feel grateful to see the government absorbing greater powers; taken with the promises of keeping them safe.
The state of public health emergency will remain in effect indefinitely until lifted by the governor.
[**Little Birdie Prognostication Update, Oct. 13, 2014: After a brief consultation with the Little Birdie, it has been guesstimated that a total of 13 states will participate in the Ebola mandatory vaccination/quarantine "health emergency" ruse over the next few months and subject their respective citizens to the angst and worry of being forcibly vaccinated, or quarantined, or fined and imprisoned for not agreeing to allow state bureaucrats to forcibly vaccinate (poison) and microchip them - which is the equivalent of human experimentation and subject to the Nuremberg Code. The next five states expected to follow suit are 1. Massachusetts, 2. Florida, 3. North Carolina, 4. Texas, and 5. Ohio. This is a very extreme act. The gov thereby has declared a state of emergency. The statutes (19a-131a and 19a-131b) provide for essentially medical martial law with virtually all discretion in mandated quarantining, mandated vaccinations, and removal/isolation in a very small group of people within government. This should not necessarily be reassuring to anyone. Other than fear, there seems to be no legitimate basis for declaring a state of emergency.
I question the reasonableness of declaring a state of emergency simply to get prepared for something for which at this time, according to Malloy, there is no reason to think anyone is at risk.
