The U.S. Goverment is fearing "Internet traffic congestion" during the "pandemic", which would be caused by too many people staying home and watching popular streaming video websites. Therefore they are taking action"to preserve internet bandwidth for investors and traders" and are employing Department of Homeland Security to do the job. This is real.
