To begin with, take 10 minutes and watch this 60 Minutes Video:
Leslie Stahl makes some very interesting comments on the morality and ethics of mind-control.
Here are mine:
1.  The technology called FMRI (Functional Magnetic Resonance) is OLD and ARCHAIC actually.   Mengele and others were "reading" brain waves via magnetic resonance graphing in the early 70's.  Boston-Logan Airport is already using NEW light-wave beams to scan AND READ air traveler's INTENTIONS before they board the planes.
2.  The GERMAN individual Stahl interviewed was very HESITANT TO REVEAL exactly WHO HAD THE MIND-READING TECHNOLOGY TODAY.  Again, just look at the U.S. PATENTS issued in the last decade to realize the height and breadth of the mind-control explosion - and keep in mind that patents are usually applied for AFTER the technology has been proven to be commercially viable via working models. ---.
3.  The FMRI "computer" that "reads the mind" is just one side of the coin.  IT IS MUCH, MUCH EASIER TO PRODUCE EMOTIONS AND IMPULSES INTO the brain than to actually READ the brain via computer programs.
4.  This technology needs much more bandwidth space than is currently provided by ANALOG SIGNALS in order to be implemented. Thus the need to switch to DIGITAL SIGNALS EXCLUSIVELY.
6.  IS HOMELAND SECURITY THE "WRONG HANDS"??  Why is this just now beginning to be reported by such news programs as "60 Minutes"?
Read this patent abstract, and then read my expose on DIGITAL TV once again in the context of Stahl's report.
U.S. PATENT #6,488,617

TITLE:    Nervous System Manipulation by EM Fields from Monitors

Issued to:  Loos, Hendricus

Abstract: Physiological effects have been observed in a human subject in response to stimulation of the skin with weak electromagnetic fields that are pulsed with certain frequencies near 1/2 Hz or 2.4 Hz, such as to excite a sensory resonance. Many computer monitors and HD TV screens, when displaying pulsed images, emit pulsed electromagnetic fields of sufficient amplitudes to cause such excitation. It is therefore possible to manipulate the nervous system of a subject by pulsing images displayed on a nearby computer monitor or DIGITAL TV set. For the latter, the image pulsing may be embedded in the program material, or it may be overlaid by modulating a video stream, either as an RF signal or as a video signal. The image displayed on a computer monitor may be pulsed effectively by a simple computer program. For certain monitors, pulsed electromagnetic fields capable of exciting sensory resonances in nearby subjects may be generated even as the displayed images are pulsed with subliminal intensity.

Hello Ken,

I won't be buying any kind of HD or digital TV, preferring to keep my mind intact as far as possible, but I find it interesting that the brainwashing signal is in the range 0.5 to 2.4 cycles per second. For years I've been uncomfortably aware of the over-use of what I call the "half-second shot" on TV, too short to properly interpret, and probably fast enough to cause problems for epilepsy sufferers. Now it seems a perfect mask for the mind-control signal.

I can't imagine how viewers can protect themselves against signals emanating from the set, but at least we have a way of preventing electrical equipment from using the mains wiring to "phone home". I believe it was via "Educate Yourself" that I learned of the existence of something called a "Graham-Stetzer filter", which should prevent any signals being transmitted back through the mains wiring. They're much more expensive here in the UK of course, but I'm planning to order a few as soon as possible to protect myself against dirty electricity and this kind of espionage.

The best solution of all to the HD TV problem is to resist the switch-over. As others have said, the criminals aren't going to let large numbers escape the brainwashing effect of television, so if enough people refuse to buy the latest mind-control device, they'll have to switch the analogue signal back on.

You're doing a great job Ken. Keep it up for as long as they let you.

All the best,

South-East England

I was thinking about this subject yesterday, and it occurred to me that if the"silent" frequency were known, perhaps one could use a frequency tone generator such as NCH to play the INVERSE tone, which would cancel out the unwanted frequency. Companies that do active EMR shielding use this technique to cancel out harmful EMF radiation. Here is one:

I am not knowledgable about electrical engineering, this is just something that occurred to me out of the blue. My hope is that maybe you know someone to bounce this off of, to see if it may be feasible.

Best Regards,

Hi Raven,

Yes, that method has been used a long time to cancel out conventional, analog EMF signals, but the technology we are talking about here is a much more sophisticated system and it's going to need more advanced methods to counter, although there already exists some systems that can affect these signals. I'll be posting more info from Dr. Ott and others in the near future.

Regards, Ken.
