Questions for Barbara Hartwell (regarding libel and perjury)

1) Can you prove that you were involved in CIA operations known as Project MK-Ultra? Proof is generally seen as written records, telephone recordings/billing records, or testimony by those who saw you in said functions--persons who would/could testify to this under oath.

Any Central Intelligence Agency records to support your claims that you "debriefed" "mind-control victims/survivors"? As to "debriefing"--what is your definition of such an endeavor?

What are your qualifications as to being competent to carry out such an action?

To whom did you report during your "debriefing" duties?

The project was declassified in 1977 and "apparently" ended in 1973; however, MK-Ultra continued in various manifestations, included--most infamously--at Jonestown, Guyana. It's possible that Babs was "involved" in some aspect of MK-Ultra, but she would need to provide something substantive for to be taken seriously.

2) As to your claim to have come from a "CIA family": Who in your family held office at the CIA?

In what capacity? Again, records please.

3) As to libel: Can you prove that I've been arrested, ever, in any jurisdiction, foreign or domestic-as is your claim? Records, please.

4) Again, in re: libel: Can you prove that I was in possession of "illegal drugs" at 17 Oceana Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, Maine, in which you dwelled?

4a) Why was your brother asking me for, and gratefully receiving, four (4) of the very legal Valium tablets, for which I had a physician's prescription in Thailand and which sailed through U.S. Customs upon my entry in the United States from Thailand. If I was in possession of "illegal drugs," your brother was, too.

5) Why have you not addressed the fact that your son's (Keith) friend Teddy Martino regularly supplies you with marijuana--which you and I smoked together on two occasions at 17 Oceana Avenue? You unwrapped a small, but potent stash of pot downstairs at "your" house, the night of my arrival, and were visibly and verbally excited to be able to do so. You also inhaled (as did I).

6) As to perjury (and you'll need to answer this one, to save your ass): Can you prove that you "own" the residence in which you dwell, at 17 Oceana Avenue? P.S.: property tax records are easy to find.
