Turner Radio Network Brazenly Fabricates Sensational, Dishonest Fukushima Radiation Scare Stories to Gain Readers
From Ken Adachi, Editor
January 6, 2014
There are a number of blog posters and web sites that promote sensational Fukushima radiation scare stories. Many of them can be found at beforeitsnews.com or "BIN." An unidentified contributor who uses the handle of "Live Free of Die" is very active in posting voluminous, over-the-top, "the -sky-is-falling," absurdly sensational headlines, one after the other at BIN. I counted 300 articles he posted at BIN in December 2013 alone devoted to looming catastrophic events of one sort or another, with 41 of them devoted to Fukushima radiation hysteria.
No one ever heard of "Susan Duclos" until "she" began posting an unending stream of "it's-all-over-now," Fukushima Doom & Gloom radiation hysteria articles at BIN. Very often "Susan" and other alarmists who post sensational fantasies at BIN, will refer to the unknown authors of radiation hysteria production at enenews.com, or more precisely Fukushima Propaganda Central, as the source for their startling "exposes." Susanne Posel is another self absorbed, pretend "journalist" who likes to dip her toe into the "sky-is-falling," Fukushima alarmism pool because sensational, fear-producing radiation scare stories brings in LOTS of readers and web traffic. Increased web traffic means higher ranking in Alexa traffic graphs and that in turn translates into more advertisers and higher advertisement fees. A commenter at Rumor Mill News recently posed the question: Why is Jeff Rense so fixated on continuously posting Fukushima Doom & Gloom articles two years after the fact, without any sign of letting up?The asnwer is simple when you look at his Alexa traffic graph (right). After slowly declining steadily in traffic following his rift with Henry Makow for a year and a half, until he really took a very deep plunge in mid Summer of 2013, rense.com has now pulled back up to previous plateaus of traffic largely due, I believe, to his focus on Fukushima radiation fear porn.
I just can't get over the brazenness of the unknown individual who is currently using the domain name of Turner Radio Network, originated by the now busted FBI government informant Hal Tuner. The anonymous editor is anxious to tell you on the About Us page that the domain is under "new management" and that Hal Turner has nothing to do with the current webs site, but he doesn't actually tell you who HE is, which is SOP for government-controlled counterintelligence operations. He just refers to "Our Misision" without providing any names of who "we" might be. The mystery author(s) claims to be a champion of "free speech," but has little concern for veracity or truth since he (she, they) will unwaveringly LIE through their teeth with every Fukushima Doom & Gloom article posted there. I'll review only two of their recent Fuklushima fantasies here to illustrate their naked mendacity, but anyone with an IQ above room temperature can take apart any of their dire Fukushima articles because the lying is so rank and obvious, that a child could debunk them.
Take a look at the Alexa traffic graph (right) for Turner Radio Network on January 8, 2014. Notice that this web side had zero web traffic until November and December of 2013 when suddenly, miraculously, their Alexa ranking shot up from zero to over 20,000. When I checked their Alexa stats on January 8, 2014, they had a Global ranking of 101,453 (which is a decent number when you consider how many millions of web sites exist around the globe) and a very impressive USA ranking of 10,280, which is very high indeed. By comparison, educate-yourself.org Alexa ranking for the USA is currently 23,013 (and current Global ranking is 57,286).
How did they obtain such an instantaneous jump in traffic? Simple. Fukushima radiation alarmism posted at BIN and other sensationalism promoters which were then linked to who knows how many blogs and chat forums? Fear reels in readers, like chum brings on a tuna feeding frenzy. That's why every single Fukushima hysteria promoter, without exception, will use words like "bombshell" or "shocking" or "deadly" or "extremely high levels" or "Out of control," etc., in their headlines to suck you into reading their rank prevarications.
Hysteria article #1 posted at Turner Radio Network
The absurd claim being made in this absurd article by an absurd, unknown author is that Health Canada held back radiation data from the public on Xenon-133 which is implied to be unsafe (it's not) and "6,000%" higher " than "stated on government web site" for Sydney CTBTO monitoring station. What's the reality?
Read the Health Canada web sites linked as the source and you'll see the answer. The Health Canada web site says that they only had detection monitors for Xenon-133 in three locations: St John's, Yellowknife, and Ottawa, which reported their Xe-133 daily readings. Sydney and Resolute Bay, on the other hand, had no detection monitors for Xenon-133, so Sydney and Resolute Bay were reported as "not detected" for Xe-133, and not at "zero" as claimed in this article. The graph used to "prove" that Health Canada was lying about the barely perceptible plume of Xenon-133 and other radionclides from Japan around March 20, 2011, is taken from an academic web site that was using the data provided by Health Canada from its stations that HAD Xe-133 monitors to create the graph showing the plume. December 9, 2013 -- ( TRN http://www.TurnerRadioNetwork.com ) -- The Canadian federal health agency, "Health Canada" appears to have been caught deliberately concealing the arrival of radioactive Xenon into that country from the Fukushima nuclear disaster back in March, 2011. New reports prove that radioactive Xenon-133 arrived in Canada at 6,000 times higher than reported at the time on Health Canada's web site! Can anyone really believe Health Canada concerning radiation anymore?
For the period from March 17 through March 31, 2011, Health Canada website showed ZERO concentration of radioactive Xenon-133 (Xe-133) detected at the Sydney CTBTO monitoring station after Fukushima disaster (SOURCE). That same chart also shows:
- Ottawa, Ontario on March 31, 2011: 3.64 Bq/m3
- St. Johns, Newfoundland and Labrador on April 4, 2011: 3.51 Bq/m3
Yet according to a more recent report issued by Health Canada itself, Canada’s radiation monitoring network actually detected concentrations of Xe-133 which was 6000 times higher in Sydney! (SOURCE). The chart below, taken from the Source at left says all that needs to be said:
Victoria, British Columbia on March 20, 2011: 230 Bq/m3 (approximated, as exact figure not stated on chart)
Sydney, British Columbia on March 20, 2011: 205 Bq/m3 (approximated, as exact figure not stated on chart)
Health Canada’s website shows that Xenon-133 was never detected after Fukushima at the Sydney, BC monitoring station (SOURCE).
Now that Health Canada has been irrefutably caught concealing the fact that significant radiation from the Fukushima nuclear disaster actually arrived in British Columbia within ten days of its release from Fukushima, Japan, how can anyone in British Columbia, Canada believe the federal health agency ever again?

Five stations across Canada are equipped to detect and measure isotopes in particulate form. Data for cesium-137, iodine-131, and tellurium-132 are reported in milliBecquerels per cubic meter (mBq/m³).
In addition, Yellowknife, Ottawa, and St John's are equipped to collect data for xenon-133, which is a noble gas. Noble gases do not react with other elements in the environment. As a result, they can travel long distances in the atmosphere which makes them good tracers to follow the movements of atmospheric contamination. Xenon-133 measurements are reported in Becquerels per cubic meter (Bq/m³). The contribution of Xenon-133 to total radiation dose is minimal and does not pose any health risk.
