Hi Ken.

I'm located in Miami now. I received this information without intention as I have been working on new projects now, but out of the blue this information came to my awareness as the Herudians intended me to know these happenings.

The Herudians telepathy has no equal and they can send information from anywhere to any mind. I didn't get much detail, but these construction plans seem to have begun a few year ago, but now, they're are on the way. As always, the Intergalactic Federation of Solar systems is aware of all these activities and they are watching closely.
