As someone who was involved in external, and then internal martial arts for years (and practicing qigong), I could not recommend a more effective method of building internal (bioenergetic) energy. While it can be used for OBEs/remote viewing, etc., it has health benefits (our bioenergetic body is closely related to the health of our physical--this is why attacks from negative lower astral opportunistic predators--both those which target emotional/sexual energy and direct etheric) can have devasting effects on our physical bodies and every aspect of our lives. This man has researched this for many years, and has 'cut through' much of the more esoteric and cultural issues which tend to turn people away from this valuable information. I can attest to it's effectiveness (yes, subjective and anecdotal) with my own personal experience. As with anything else (exercise, learning sports or academic pursuits it requires time, commitment and practice, but it's not difficult.
