Don Nicoloff's July 14, 2009 Radio Interview with Kathryn MacDonald, Wife of Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald ~ Latest Developments

Last month, I did two radio interviews with Don Nicoloff over viewing the Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald 'Green Beret' murder case and the recent, encouraging decision of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals to allow the MacDonald defense team to present a brief later this month or early August seeking to gain Dr MacDonald's release based on a grievous instance of what was described to me as 'constitutional error'. I asked Mrs Kathryn MacDonald, who maintains Dr MacDonald's official web site-www.themacdonaldcase.org- if she would be interested in coming on Don's show and sharing her knowledge and insights about her husband's case, and she readily agreed.

The show was proceeding nicely, I thought, until a technical glitch from the BBS radio network created a difficulty which resulted in initially my being disconnected from the show, but a little later, both Don and Mrs. MacDonald were inadvertently disconnected as well.

Nevertheless, the 58 minute interview that was recorded provides a unique perspective that only the wife of the Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald, the country's most aggrieved victim of high level judicial misconduct and malfeasance, could provide.
