You need to take digestive enzymes and Betaine HCL with EVERY meal you eat.
You must have PROTEIN with every meal, especially in the morning.
Take Vit B complex 50, Vit B-5 (pantothenic acid), and B-6 daily along with a 1/2 teaspoon of powdered Vit C as Calcium or Sodium ASCORBATE three times a day.
The B vitamins and the Vit C will keep your adrenals stronger.
Also, take an Adrenal Support homeopathic tincture every 6 hours or so.
Do everything above and you will notice an improvement. You need to keep it up for at least two years. It takes a LONG TIME to rebuild exhausted adrenals.
Most people start feeling better after a week and drop off the regemin and they fall back to where they were.
KEEP IT UP EVEN WHEN YOU FEEL GOOD.
