Ken Lay was so deceitful in life that it wouldn't be shocking if the deception continued. DNA testing should be performed to positively confirm that it is him and not a "stand in" so that he can live out the rest of his days in some far off land.

I was thinking he didn't want to face prison and lose all the moeny for his family, but maybe he's sitting on Mars or some other secret location.
