Hi --
I'd like to order a terminator --
I live in NYC -- what would be the quickest way of getting it?
Do you accept credit cards?
Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,
Yes, you can pay with a card if you are anxious to get it sent out right
away. There is a 3% fee that must be added to the donation to cover the
fee imposed by PayPal.
The Terminator is $110 plus shipping . If you want next day,
Express Mail, that's $12.75. If you can wait a few days for Priority Mail
with delivery confrimation, that's $4.50.
So, $110 + $12.75 =$122.75 + 3%= $126.50 for Express Mail with
credit card payment
or $110 + $4.50 = $114.50 + 3% = $118 for Priority mail with a credit
card.
You decide.
Go to the Products page and follow the directions for paying with a Credit card. Enter the appropriate amount and they will notify me that a payment has been received. When I get that notice. I'll send your Terminator.
Let me know what you plan to do.
Regards, Ken

Hi Ken,
I'm wondering what's up with my terminator order. I paid through paypal (for an express mail delivery) a few days ago and was expecting it earlier this week; it's Friday morning and I haven't received it yet. Can you please let me know the status of the order?
Thank you,
Steve

Ken,
I don't mean to bug you, but I'm puzzled by your response. You sent me an e-mail on 6/25 saying the terminator was going out tomorrow. Now you're sending me an email saying it's going out today (6/28) -- but if I paid for express why won't I get it the next day, I thought that was what I paid for?
Would you consider refunding me some shipping fee since there has been such an extensive delay in shipping? I originally sent you an e-mail asking how I could get a terminator quickly -- this has been anything but quick. If I knew it was going to take so long I would have ordered elsewhere --
Steve

Dear Steve,
I apologize again for the delay. I get a lot of people sending
me E mail and a lot of orders coming in and sometimes unintentional mix-ups
occur. Perhaps it's happened to you once or twice.
It went out today by Express Mail. The postal person told me you should
get it on Sunday. You paid for Express and I sent it Express. If it doesn't
arrive on Sunday, you can demand the cost of Express shipping back from
the Post Office. Tell the mailman you want your money refunded if it doesn't
come by Sunday. Express mail is guaranteed to arrive in one or two days
at most.
It's certainly a great calamity I wasn't 'quick' enough for you,
but then again, my web site isn't really intended for demanding individuals
such as yourself. It's more intended for ordinary people with a sense of
give and take based on what they've 'taken' and what they've 'given'; but
I must be boring you with such philosophical twaddle.
By all means, look elsewhere in the future. This has been a terrible
disappointment for you and I certainly wouldn't want to see you suffer
again at my hands. I'm sure you'll be more satisfied doing business with
others who are more suited to your New York style of 'get it done now'.
After all, that's what you paid for isn't it?
Sayonara, Ken
