The genius who predicted the existence of the radioactive elements (The Man Who Tapped the Secrets of the Universe), Dr. Walter Russell, said that radiation is the death principle because it destroys oxygen. He explained how matter is formed from Light (The Secret of Light), and his and his wife Lao's book, "Atomic Suicide?" explains how all this occurs, for compression and expansion are the methods of universal creation.

He also stated that when the radioactive fallout held up in the stratosphere begins to descend upon us there will be horrendous floods, devastating earthquakes and hurricanes, while in other regions severe droughts will occur. The pockets of floods began around 1955, while global warming has been occurring also; radiation heats up the earth as well as all life on it, and he urgently recommended that nuclear stockpiles be dismantled for this reason.

Left underground, the radioactive elements break up huge boulders and rocks forming sand and soil; but out in the atmosphere they are deadly to all life, explaining when he predicted their existance that the earth's forces would not be sufficient to hold them together. (Which is why they radiate, emitting pollution with half-lives that last thousands of years.

Every nuclear reactor has a uranium stockpile of ten tons, and these must be dismantled also. The unrealistic map of the USA which Al Gore presents, of hundreds of "Wilderness Areas" all over the map is not the answer, for if they do not halt this radiation, there will be few wilderness or even life on this planet.

The extraterrestrials who first came here advised that we stop all nuclear bombing. One American, taken aboard a UFO for a flight, was told by the woman pilot, "The water in your deserts will be mostly tears", In reading Dr. Russell's books, one readily understands WHY, for he explains that "traditional" atomic scientists think that the nucleus and muons, etc., hold the atom together, but as Dr. Russell taught, the atom (just as suns are created), are the result of compression towards the inside, not from the inside out. All life is formed by compression, and death begins after the carbon cycle of the elements, with expansion leading towards death.

I hope that this reaches you, and that somewhere you can present the truth about radiation's dangers, for the AEC began the nuclear roigrsam even after Dr. J, Robert Oppenheimer stated that "a nuclear industry is too dangerous for this planet." Strauss [Atomic Energy Commission Chairman Lewis Strauss] and others pushed the program, went ahead with it, and today the NRC and their attorneys still lie about safety in their official reports even though Dr. Karl Z. Morgan (former director of Oak Ridge Laboratories) testified that both uranium oxide and tritium would be discharged into the cooling waters of a planned nuclear reactor. (I attended that hearing and spoke with Dr. Morgan).

It is a tragic situation, and the many deaths from cancer starting with fatigue from radiation, the overheating of the earth, and even one's residential electrical wiring, began many years ago.

Wonderful essay. I have an equal interest in Walter Russell's writings and have some of the books you mention. The Universal One was published in 1926, years before official science came to discover many of the elements he had predicted in his unique periodic chart of the elements. What a tremendous contribution he made to humanity by publishing his books, despite the fact that officialdom overlooked his incredible information and largely ignored what he was presenting to the world.

I met a dowser by the name of Tom Millerren in 1998 who said that after he and his wife had become friends with Loa, that the spirit of Walter Russell regularly came through to him in dreams and he remembers their 'conversations' with complete clarity.

There is no need whatsoever to use nuclear energy or nuclear materials for anything as numerous systems of free energy have been discovered and suppressed since 1888, when Tesla first discovered the existence of Radiant energy.

Viktor Schauberger's discoveries of vortex created energy using air or water in the 1920s would have eliminated any need to expend any type of fuel for transportation (including anti-gravity flying saucers developed by Nazi Germany in the 1930s), home heating, air conditioning, water purification, etc.

As noted by the channeled German general posted at my web site, the Luciferians lusted for the destructive magnitude of that "brilliant white light" of Nagasaki and Hiroshima and those many Nazis infiltrated into the United States after the war, played an important role in promoting the nuclear industry in this country.

The use of so-called depleted uranium in artillery and missile war heads in Iraq and Afghanistan is one of the greatest crimes against humanity to date. The Luciferians in the Pentagon have not only poisoned the current population of those countries, but have set the stage for genetic mutations for generations to come-unless we come up with a technology to reverse radiation damage. Al Bielek says that the government is aware of at least six different methods to neutralize radiation and cancel out nuclear decay, but they would never release that information to the public.

I don't doubt Walter Russell's concerns about nuclear fallout and weather change, but the so-called Global Warming story we are being bombarded with in the media is largely being created artificially using HAARP and secret alien technology to cause the droughts, floods, hurricanes and tornadoes that we've been subjected to in recent years. Like the artificially created Katrina hurricane, Hurricane Ike was artificially jacked up and steered into Texas, especially Galveston, to achieve hidden political and financial objectives. Nature-created Hurricanes and tornadoes don't occur  together, despite the TV news attempts to tell us otherwise.

Thank you for your informative reply. I agree with you but did not know of Al Bielek's statement about the neutralization of radiation. I know that Walter Rawls uses forms of magnetism to clean up other pollutants, but how the government could have worked out Bielek's reported method, I
feel that it can only be by studying Walter Russell's works and doing a program secretly.

I corresponded with Lao Russell rather often, but never met Dr. Russell though a friend's husband knew him. I feel that the only way a neutralization of radiation could be possible would be by the method which Dr. Russell wrote concerning black holes: he said that they eventually create new galaxies as I recall, and I couldn;t see how this could possibly be true since black holes are so dense with x-rays , radiation and other galaxies they have drawn in.

She replied that nevertheless it is true. After much study of his works on this, I finally read something of his which gave me a clear view of how it IS possible. A reversal of some kind, a possible involvement of anti-matter; if I locate the exact phrase, I will notify you.

To keep up to date with Russell's work and maxims, I review his books too, and have a copy of The Universal One, but think his and Lao's best is "Atomic Suicide?" and even some of their Newsletters, which revealed the facts on horrendous weather changes of extreme flooding, hurricanes and earthquakes. I felt that HAARP had nuch to do with it as well as the radical Japanese group who rent Russia's scalar technology system to inflict damages you mention in your email.

You may be interested in reading the "Hurricane Andrew Coverup" which reveals the horrendous damage done. I noted too that after the later hurricane Katrina, Barbara Bush was quoted online as saying that most of the Katrina victims were on government relief.

Having lived in Florida all of my life, I know that these recent hurricanes have very strong electrmagnetic fields, whereas formerly there were no EMFs and no tornados. Today they are devastating, and as you say Scalar warfare exists directing many, with many countries able to "rent" the KGB's scalar technology. You may be aware of Dr. Thomas Bearden's work on this, especially his book "Oblivion".

I developed shingles.postherpetic neuralgia and scoliosis which I still endure durng Katrina. ( My thoughtful naighbor connected my refrigerator to his generator when our electricity was off during both hurricanes Katrina and Wilma three years ago. Though I had used a Sensor to check the wiring in my walls, I forgot about it when these cables which ran through my home were "live' and possibly dangerous.

Your website has the most information on all these issues, and I often check it for recent articles. I contacted Al Bielek at one time and purchased his book; at that time he lived in Fort Myers, (Florida), and there was a forceful hurricane which struck there a few years later. I do not know where he currently is, but his report to you about the goverment neutralizing radiation was certainly news to me.

With greatest admiration for your website and work to inform as many as possible, ( cell phone towers, Don Croft's Holy Holy Handgrenade [HHg] (when I directed mine to the TV set, it turned it off. I hope there is some way you can inform people that these nuclear reactors also miust be dismantled, and the cessation of nuclear reactors and uranium stockpiles as Dr. Russell urged.
