Alaska Senator charged with bribery, why not Schwarzennegger?

If Senator Ted Stevens was charged with receiving bribes, why hasn't Arnie been charged for the same? Arnie received monetary "campaign contributions"? from the pesticide company he allowed to spray deadly neurotoxins on Californian's. Which is worse? Stevens did not authorize the use of WMD's on Americans. Arnie did. I guess once a terminator, always a terminator!
