Hi Alice,

You need to learn more about why you're having stomach pain. If you have a bad stomach, CS is OK, but hold off on hydrogen peroxide until your stomach is normal.

I have no idea what's wrong, but assuming it's not an ulcer or something serious, simply get some baby ginger from an Asian supermarket and grate it and place in a bottle with water and about 10% vinegar and keep in refrig, capped of course. .

Also get aloe vera gel at the health food store and keep in the frig.

Add a teaspoon or two of the grated ginger to a glass of warm water and add about 20% aloe vera gel to the glass. Sip that on a regular basis and your stomach problems will likely go away.
