Stealth Cell towers and the 2004 Presidential Elections
by Bruce Conway

Late last fall, I watched bemused as several plainclothes geeks installed a cell tower behind our N.W. Island's Masonic Hall. It went up quickly, and without any fanfare. The twist was that the cell tower was disguised as an ordinary Flagpole. This was patriotic, and very suspicious. The camouflaged stealth tower was erected without any protests, warnings or announcements to local businesses or residents.

Being a curious person I investigated, and discovered to my great surprise that "stealth towers" are being hastily erected throughout the country, by the thousands. Camouflaged microwave and cell phone towers are being disguised as cacti, palm trees, church crosses, rock formations, water towers, and pine trees. This is happening without any of the dissent or protest usually surrounding cell tower erections.

Companies like Stealth Concealment Solutions of Charleston, S.C., are doing a brisk business. They custom-disguise cell towers to blend into their surroundings. It is estimated that up to 30% of the new cell tower erections now going up are being stealthily concealed.

When one considers the rapid advancements in electromagnetic and psychotronic mind control technology, this trend in utility concealment is rather sinister. If researchers could successfully project human speech into the minds of the deaf, as Dr. Joseph C. Sharp of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research did in 1974, think of their present capabilities.

Consider this quote by a pioneer in electromagnetic mind control: "Man does not have the right to develop his own mind. This kind of liberal orientation has great appeal. We must electrically control the brain. Some day armies and generals will be controlled by electric stimulation of the brain." - Dr. Jose Delgado -1974 Congressional Record, No. 262E, Vol. 118.

Here is another eye-opening quotation: "Contemporary neuroscience suggests the existence of fundamental algorithms by which all sensory transduction is translated into the intrinsic, brain-specific code. Direct stimulation of these codes within the human temporal or limbic cortices by applied electromagnetic patterns may require energy levels which are within the range of both geomagnetic activity and contemporary communication networks. A process which is coupled to the narrow band of brain temperature could allow all normal human brains to be affected by a sub-harmonic whose frequency range at about 10 Hz would only vary by 0.1 Hz." - On the Possibility of Directly accessing every human brain by electromagnetic induction of fundamental algorithms - by M.A. Persinger, Laurentian University / Perceptual and Motor Skills, June 1995, 80, 791-799.

And now, one final quotation to put the issue of stealth cell towers into a proper political perspective: "As an expert and juridical personality I declare: In Kiev was launched a mass production of Psychotronical Biogenerators and their tests. I cannot assert that during the coup d'etat were used exactly the Kiev generators. All the same the fact that they were used is evident to me. What are the Psychotronical generators? They are electrical equipment which produces the effect of guided control in human organisms. It affects especially the left and right hemisphere of the cortex. This is also the technology of the U.S. project Zombie 5 . . . I draw on my personal experience since I am myself the designer of such a generator." Quote by Victor Sedleckij, the Vice President of the League of Independent Soviet Scientists / Komsomolskaya Pravda / August 27, 1991

With the U.S. Presidential election coming up in a few short months, it is likely that the stealth cell tower network being rapidly constructed is destined to play an important role in remotely influencing the perceptions, thoughts and decisions of American voters.

A popular Revolt

17 September 2004

Costing £2,9 millions, the UK's new police communication system Tetra has been described by one independent scientist as likely to cause 'more civilian deaths than all the world's terrorist organisations put together.'

Llanidloes is a small, open-hearted market town in a damp and lovely valley in mid Wales. It is a town with a strong identity and a long memory; some people still live in the street where they were born.

Solidly Welsh, and surrounded by farmland, Llanidloes also has a smattering of English blow-ins; people who are into organic veg and eco-design and jazz, and who chirpily co-exist with no more than the odd grumble from locals about the 'hippy contingent'.

And then, stealthily, on a bank holiday weekend in May, the mobile phone company O2 (through its subsidiary MMO2) erected a Tetra mast in the heart of the town. O2's idea of 'consultation' was legal but risible: it did little more than inform the mayor and town council that it was putting the mast up, whether Llanidloes liked it or not.

And Llanidloes did not.

There was an outcry. Posters were put up in windows, a march held, banners made. (One banner flew from the top of the mast itself.) Llanidloes joined what The Times has described as a 'popular revolt' against Tetra.

The local people felt bullied by a giant of a company. For many of them, it's an issue of local democracy: they should have the right to refuse. 'In Llanidloes,' says the stalwart and thoughtful local councillor Morgan, 'we have a history of David beating Goliath.' Someone else tells me that the town was the site of a Chartist riot in the 19th century.

And then the people of Llanidloes began educating themselves. What they discovered, just like hundreds of communities around the country, is the full staggering story of Tetra. A story that involves science being 'perverted for political ends', chronic illness and agonising death, one of the country's leading scientists performing an extraordinary U-turn, a company that openly confesses to taking no responsibility for the safety of what it produces, a financial scandal, a political scandal and, above all else, a health scandal. ^

If you live near a Tetra mast, then this story affects you directly. And considering that there will eventually be at least 3,200 such masts erected in the UK, there will be one near you.

Tetra stands for 'Terrestrial Trunked Radio'. It is the new police communication system using microwave radiation and low-frequency electromagnetic pulsing, and is operated by O2 under the brand name Airwave.

'Airwave,' says a police source, 'is better than the old system for voice traffic: at least we don't get interference from Dutch cabbies anymore.' It also prevents criminals from listening in, as it has it's own private, digitally encrypted frequency. At present, police forces run their own analogue radio system, and it can be difficult for neighbouring forces to communicate with each other. By the end of 2005 this will no longer be a problem, as by then all the country's constabularies will have switched over to Tetra.

Not everyone, however, is so enthusiastic about Tetra. Dr Gerard Hyland, an expert in low-level radiation, member of the International Institute of Biophysics and prominent Tetra critic, states: 'With the Tetra roll-out we could be seeing a pandemic of brain tumours in 10 years.' Low-frequency radiation, says Hyland, affects brain function and the blood-brain barrier and degrades the immune system..

Children are known to absorb far more radiation than adults. Writing in the medical journal The Lancet in November 2000, Hyland stated: 'Radiation is known to affect the brain rhythms, and children are particularly vulnerable... The main effects are neurological, causing headaches, memory loss and sleeping disorders.'
