Excerpt from Message from Matthew, August 31, 2005

Q. Now, did weather control technology play any part in this storm's intensity?

A. Indeed it did! However, Katrina started as Earth's own effort to rid herself of negativity so that she can continue at her ascension pace—often I have mentioned that geophysical events will continue for a while longer for that reason. Had Mother Nature been left alone, the extent of death and devastation would not have happened—our space family's technology would have leveled out the hurricane's forcefulness so that a much wider area, largely overwater, would have had stormy weather and the same amount of negativity would have been transmuted.

Was hurricane Katrina a man-made hurricane? Yes

Was it natural and man enhanced? No

Any comments on this? I know dowsing isn't perfect, but I'd like more information to decide please.

This is Philip. May I add to this?

I do not have the material at hand, so you'll have to forgive a foggy memory; try to grasp the principles. I'm foggy on the Tropical Depression (TD) numbers. On another group I'm a member of we have an excellent former Air Force weatherman. He explained that Katrina started out of TD 15, came all the way from the Eastern Atlantic to south of the Bermudas. It was then renamed TD 16, which almost immediately became a hurricane. I have a friend who checks my dowses, and he picked me up on totally man-made which was in my original dowse.

I'm not trying to "defend myself", this is more in the vein of helping those who are trying to learn and improve their dowsing.

Basically when one starts a dowse, the answer to the first question leads to the formation of the next question. I am trying to teach my sister (whom is 17 years my junior) how to dowse. The advantage I have is that I've traveled more and read more and tried more things than she has. That helps greatly in forming the next question. The other night we were practicing and checking one of my dowses, and she said to me: Well, I got the same answer, but it took me a lot more time and questions to get there. And this is quite true.

Another problem we run into dowsing, is the conscious mind interferring. If I know the subject matter too well, I will get a poor dowse; or if I get tired the dowse accuracy will go downhill fast, although I do not sense the tiredness. This combined with the need to ask extra questions gives the opportunity to get "led astray".

Orginally I picked up on Katrina when she was in the Gulf Of Mexico. Probably I was zeroing in on TD 16 and not TD 15. Again, I'm not defending nor hunting for excuses. Just trying to help others recognize some of the problems. If my "connection" was to the controllers of TD 16, then the dowse for source would be different than if I connected to TD 15; actually the same storm before it was taken over by man-control.

Hopefully, this helps dowsers in the making. Expect to get "egg on your face" from time to time; it goes with learning anything; I still have it happen.
