Tim Hicks Timetable Update on Swine Flu Vaccine & U.S.Dollar OAug. 22, 2009)

Hi Ken,

I have a few thoughts I would like to convey for your and your readers' consideration. In my last letter I theorized that those involved in knowingly and willingly planning, funding, or implementing the flu pandemic and vaccination program hoax, might be subject to reaping the karma they create in a rapid fashion.

In meditation, I have received the understanding that God/Creator/Universal Energy has made decree that there will be no more endless evading of the results of ones' intent and actions on the Earth plane. This makes sense in that in order for Earth to move into higher vibratory realms, the lower vibrations must be canceled out. No lower vibration karma can be carried into the higher realms and the higher vibratory karma must be manifest more quickly to assist in the transition.

By dowse I have determined that the target time frame for the vaccine hoax was originally mid - late September. As mentioned in my last letter, that had been moved up to mid-August. It has been moved and reset again. There are a few reasons for this. When one stands back and observes from a distance, it becomes a little easier to think in terms of logical calculation.

I checked by dowse that the newest target date for major release of flu symptom creating toxins is now set for November 9th. While there is, and will be,other release activity before and after that date, 11/09/09 is the scheduled pinnacle for the release and intentional contamination of the general U.S. public.

There will be releases in Canada and Mexico and Western Europe to make the appearance of a pandemic, but by far the largest and most invasive efforts will be in the United States. Please take notice that I said flu symptom-causing toxins, not the actual H1N1 virus (swine flu). This is because the actual virus is not strong enough to create the fear and panic needed by these organizers to create an emotional atmosphere in order to cause the public to allow (or even want) militaristic government intrusion into the lives of every citizen via forced vaccination, violation of the ownership of your own body, and quarantine, forced segregation of those who don't conform to the mandates of the ruling class. I remind you that I am talking about the old worn out political equation of

1) create the problem,
2) talk the problem into unreal proportions.... propaganda and political debate,
3) appear to be the savior with the solution,
4) control that solution and its implementation to the benefit of yourself and those who assisted you to pull off the whole scam.

The logical calculation for the need to move the target date again, I believe, has many factors. Let me list a few for consideration: First and foremost is that the needed dramatic urgency and fear over what dangers lay just around the corner, or that which will pounce upon us tomorrow, has just not taken hold. Despite the constant reporting of false facts and stories, it just has not produced the needed dread for the anticipation of catastrophe. Without it, the created problem might not materialize on the cinematic screen.

Another consideration, and in my opinion their largest problem, is that those at the highest levels who are responsible for this, know that this is likely their last, best chance to continue the decline into their New World Order. The sheeple are beginning to awaken in large numbers. They had better wait and get it right, as opposed to rushing into an irreversible blunder.

The third consideration is that the economy really is poised to begin a stabilization, despite their best efforts to destroy it. I think they intend to couple the flu outbreak with the collapsed economy in order to demoralize the American citizen into a submissive mind frame. Then they will erect their model of a controlled economy and society.

Please don't confuse my statement about the stabilization of the economy as being blind to the insane spending and inflation of the currency. There will be a collapse of the dollar. That cannot be avoided at this point. But the engine that runs this economy in good times is also the engine that pulls it out of the worst of times. That is the need for wealth-producing labor to meet demand for those labors producing goods and services.

I am no educated economist, but I understand a little bit about life and its needs and the willingness of just about everyone to labor for profit to meet those needs for themselves and their customer. I don't support government subsidies, but it didn't take long for them to kill the very expensive, but very successful, Cash for Clunkers program. It was producing hard real orders for hard, real products.

The meat of what I want to say is that this is a very big "roll of the dice" for those who want to control our lives, down to the smallest detail of every day. It is my opinion that they really never had a large margin of guarantee for long term success, but they now have very little of that left to work with and it is getting smaller with each passing day.
