Grassroots Effort Begins to Initiate Recall Vote of Colorado (D) Gov. John Hickenlooper
for Signing New York Style Gun Control Laws[Editor's Note: The ONLY way you can stop the steady and unrelenting erosion of Constitutional liberties being destroyed by the Zionist-Illuminated rats is to get rid of their puppet politicans who are implementing the unconstitutional laws which are delivering us into the hands of the fifth columnists and Zionist agents. If you live in Colorado, you have an obligation to stop being a spectator and GET INVOLVED in saving the country from these sellout snakes who need to be kicked to the curb and replaced by a loyal American patriot. It can only happen by taking direct, personal action. Talking about it, blogging about, e-mailing about it MEANS NOTHING. Action brings change. ..Ken Adachi].

Western Slope- Action to Recall Colorado Governor
It is time to be more than an internet warrior. Step up and take action to restore your rightsThis is an effort to Recall Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper. He has violated our 2nd Amendment rights, and needs to be recalled:
In Colorado, this is a relatively straightforward task that has already started:
- Determine if there are enough voters that want a recall
- We need approx 493,000 voters willing to sign petition, so the first step is to determine if we have enough
- Link at bottom allows you to support to signing petition
- Once we have support, we will draft the petition and have the State certify it is in correct format and such
- Once certified, we will have 60 days to get the required signatures
- The signatures will then be sent in for verification
- If we have enough verified signatures, a recall election will be started
- On the recall ballot, it will ask:Do you support a Recall Yes / No
If yes, please vote from the list of the following candidates: (which will NOT include GOV Hickenlooper)
Based on Hickenlooper barely getting 51% of the votes in the last election, he will almost certainly be recalled and a new Governor electedIf you support a recall, go to the following link and sign the support pledge, it only takes a minute or so.
Colorado Residents who Support our Rights: Recall John Hickenlooper

Parker, COHickenlooper actively supports recalling 2nd Amendment rights of its citizens, so let's recall him. He ignores Colorado's voice, the voice of our law enforcement, and instead reads cue cards from out of staters like Michael Bloomberg...It is time to tell him we are not New York, and we do not appreciate our rights being taken. By supporting these gun laws he removed 200+ jobs from Colorado in a time when we need them most, and cost the state millions in tax revenue. How is this good for our state? They created recall elections for a reason, so let's show him that he is not representing us as he is required to do by the Colorado Constitution. We need at least 447,000 Colorado resident signatures, so let's show him we mean business!
This is in efforts to make sure that we have the necessary support before filing, since you only have 60 days to gather 400k+ signatures after formally filing a recall petition. So this is not the official petition, but a way to drum up support, and allow us to easily reach those in support if we can reach necessary numbers.

"We’re all in shock here,” state Senator Greg Brophy, ( (970) 332-5766 or (303) 866-6360 capitol phone, during session)) a Republican, said on Wednesday. “It turns out this guy who everybody thought was a moderate Democrat is actually a gun-control governor.”
“I think the governor will be replaced by someone who has Colorado values instead of New York City values,” Brophy said. “If Republicans are returned to control we will repeal these bills immediately
...Vice President Joe Biden personally lobbied lawmakers to get enough votes to get the bills through the [Colorado] Democrat-controlled House of Representatives in February. The measures backed by state Democrats cleared the state Senate on March 12.
Republicans put up stiff resistance to the bills, arguing that the measures would not be effective in preventing future mass killings. Some Colorado sheriffs said before the governor signed the bills that they do not plan to enforce new gun-control laws in their districts, according to the Denver Post.
“Why put the effort into enforcing a law that is unenforceable?” Weld County Sheriff John Cooke told the Colorado paper on Monday. “With all of the other crimes that are going on, I don’t have the manpower, the resources or the desire to enforce laws like that.
...The measures also met resistance from magazine-maker Magpul Industries, (1-877-462-4785 Email: info@magpul.com) which said that it would desert its plant about 30 miles from Denver if the proposed magazine limits became law.
Legislators who had opposed new laws restricting gun ownership said on Wednesday the new gun bills may have electoral consequences for state Democrats.

...Bloomberg: ‘Colorado a model of progress’
A few hours after the signing, [New York Mayor Michael] Bloomberg himself issued a statement through his group, Mayors Against Illegal Guns, praising Colorado’s action.
“Extending background checks to cover private sales and limiting high-capacity ammunition magazines are commonsense measures that will keep communities safer without infringing on anyone’s Second Amendment rights,” said Bloomberg. “As lawmakers in Congress continue the debate over how to reduce gun violence in America, they should look no further than Colorado as a model of progress.”
...It’s House Bill 1224, the magazine ban, that most gun owners tried desperately to kill. Hickenlooper’s office has been flooded with phone calls, emails and Facebook posts from people asking him to veto the bill.
“I am absolutely committed to defeating Hickenlooper in 2014 and making sure we have a governor who respects the Second Amendment,” said Sen. Greg Brophy, R-Wray, who may decide to challenge the governor himself.
Republicans have predicted voters will punish Hickenlooper and Democrats for the three bills, which they call an over reaction and an infringement on gun owners rights.
“We have a sledge-hammer now that we will use in the china shop that is the 2014 election,” said Dudley Brown, the director of Rocky Mountain Gun Owners. “In the past, we’ve focused our efforts on Republican primaries, but now we’re going to destroy Democrats. They need some discipline.”[official web site https://www.facebook.com/rmgofb]
...the laws will go into effect July 1.
At least one lawsuit is already in the works.
Jon Caldara, president of the Independence Institute, told FOX31 Denver that his think tank will be leading a lawsuit to overturn the magazine ban and perhaps another to overturn the background checks law.
Dave Kopel, a Second Amendment expert and researcher at the Independence Institute who helped lawmakers amend some of the gun bills as they were debate, will argue the suit on behalf of several plaintiffs, Caldara said.
The suit will be introduced in the next few weeks.

On Wednesday, Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper signed a bill that strictly curbs gun rights in that state.
Hickenlooper, a Democrat, signed legislation requiring a background check for all gun purchases in Colorado, a bill that requires the gun buyer to pay for that background check, as well as legislation that restricts gun magazine capacity to 15 rounds of ammunition. The new regulations will begin on July 1.
...Those on the gun rights side of the argument, however, found fault with the signing. Republican State Sen. Greg Brophy represents one of the more rural districts in Colorado.
“He just slapped rural Colorado right in the face,” Brophy said about Hickenlooper’s signing of the bill. ”They are overwhelmingly upset about this.”
Besides the obvious Second Amendment issues, many other pro-gun advocates pointed to losses in jobs and business that will occur because of the new legislation. One company, Magpul Industries, which manufactures gun magazines and accessories in Colorado, has already announced that they will be leaving the state in order to re-establish their business elsewhere.
Many sheriffs in the state have come out opposing the legislation, with a few even announcing that they will not enforce it. One sheriff, Terry Maketa of El Paso County, Colo., even went so far as to say that he would destroy any concealed carry records his department held, rather than hand them over.
“[I]f anyone tried to get their hands on it [database of gun owners], I would destroy the database [and] would intervene if government agents started arresting county residents for exercising their constitutional rights,” Maketa said.

Government is elected by the people, and for the people. It is the duty of the Governors office to strictly adhere to The Constitutions of both The United States and The State of Colorado. By buckling to the pressures of the liberal agenda John Hickenlooper is in violation of both Constitutions and thus no longer represents the people, and must be recalled.

As a woman, I deserve the right to protect myself. As a mother, I deserve the right to protect my family. I know what criminals are capable of. I live in a family who has been a victim of a murder (my grandmother was raped and beaten to death with a rock.) To limit the only thing that may equalize the fighting power between myself and a criminal tells me that as a woman, I am not important to the people who claim to represent me.
Jason Laurie FORT COLLINS, COThe governor swears to uphold the Constitution of the United States. He clearly has decided that the 2nd amendment is inconvenient and has decided to put his own agenda over that of the rule of law. He has violated his oath of office.
