Natural quakes tend to show a GRADUAL build up of slippage that works up to a maximum displacement, while artificially created quakes typically shows a SUDDEN spike to maximum or near maximum displacement. In this graph, we see just a little movement at the beginning followed by a massive spike displacement. Did this start out as a natural quake, but was suddenly piggy-backed by artificial energy? Or did the manipulators precipitate the entire event? In either case, this mega-quake was ARTIFICIALLY created.

Another serious, and fear-producing development were the two nuclear power plant explosions in Japan in the past 48 hours. According to intuitive and psychic insights, ZS Livingstone told me that both explosions were due to pre-planted explosive devices and not accidental. He saw evidence that led him to believe that one of the devices may have been a mini suitcase nuke.

Please use the power of prayer and focused intent to send strength and protection to all who are fighting the Dark Side from behind the scenes and have done MUCH to thwart far more serious calamities than what is being discussed in the news.

WHEN the world received the news of the Indian and Pakistani clandestine underground nuclear tests last May, a team of Livermore researchers used the events to validate several seismic methods they have developed over the past decade to monitor the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT). Using data recorded worldwide by a host of seismic monitoring stations, the team successfully differentiated the nuclear blasts from typical regional earthquakes, characterized the yields of the tests, and noted inconsistencies between the announced test yields and the seismic data. In all, the seismic signals from the nuclear tests provided important new data to help calibrate seismic stations in a critically important region of the world.

The CTBT has been signed by 152 nations, although not by India or Pakistan. The treaty provides for an International Monitoring System (IMS) of automated seismic stations, many of them still to be installed, to record any evidence of clandestine nuclear explosions. These stations transmit data via satellite to the International Data Center in Vienna, Austria, which in turn distributes them to national data centers around the world. Figure 1 shows the location of existing seismic stations in the Southwest Asia area, planned IMS seismic stations, the seismically determined locations of the recent tests by India and Pakistan, and locations of some recent earthquakes in the region.

The U.S. Department of Energy is supporting the U.S. National Data Center (USNDC) at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, as it prepares to monitor the treaty. As part of DOE's effort, teams at Livermore and Los Alamost have been working to improve ways to seismically characterize clandestine underground nuclear explosions and differentiate them from other sources of seismicity, such as earthquakes and mining explosions. Much of Livermore's work has centered on developing regional discriminants, which are characteristic features of a seismic waveform (for example, the peak amplitude at a particular frequency, within a specific time frame) recorded at distances less than 2,000 kilometers away. These discriminants are used to differentiate between explosions and other types of seismic sources. (See the September 1998 Science & Technology Review, "Forensic Seismology Supports the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty," pp. 4-11.)

India's nuclear test took place on May 11 and 13, 1998, followed by Pakistan's on May 28 and 30, 1998. None of the planned IMS seismic stations in the region was installed at the time of the tests. Fortunately, stations belonging to IRIS (Incorporated Research Institutions for Seismology), a consortium of U.S. universities, were operating. Two of those stations, called ABKT, in Alibek, Turkmenistan (one of the former Soviet republics), and NIL, in Nilore, Pakistan, were near the sites of two proposed IMS stations GEYT and PRPK. While ABKT data were not available, NIL records of the Indian tests, some 740 kilometers away, were available through the Internet within a few hours, as were data provided by IRIS for other stations throughout the world. The NIL station was turned off during the Pakistan tests, so the data were unavailable.

As part of their calibration work for the USNDC, the Livermore seismologists had already collected and analyzed data recorded by NIL and other seismic stations from more than 200 regional earthquakes between 1995 to 1997 in Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, western India, and the surrounding region. Within hours of the announcement of the May 11, 1998, Indian tests, Livermore seismologists were comparing its seismogram with those from nearby earthquakes.

As seen in Figure 2, the seismogram from a representative earthquake clearly differs from that of the May 11 test. Livermore-refined discriminants based on P and S waves were strongly indicative of an explosion, not an earthquake or other seismic source, at all frequencies tested (0.5 to 8 hertz). Livermore seismologist Bill Walter explains that the differences in seismic P- and S-wave energy provide one method of discriminating explosions from earthquakes. Seismic P waves are compressional waves, similar to sound waves in the air. Shear (S) waves are transverse waves, like those that propagate along a rope when one end is shaken. Because underground explosions are spherically symmetric disturbances, they radiate seismic P waves efficiently. In contrast, earthquakes result from sliding or rupture along a buried fault surface and strongly excite the transverse motions of S waves. Thus, we expect that explosions will show strong P waves and weak S waves and that earthquakes will show weak P waves and strong S waves, as seen in Figure 2.

According to Walter, one way to quantify this difference is by determining the ratio of P-wave to S-wave energy measured from the seismograms. Explosions should have higher P/S ratios than earthquakes, but the frequency at which the best separation occurs varies by region and station. Figure 3 shows the P/S ratio for the May 11 Indian test and for earthquakes shown in Figure 1. The measurements in Figure 3 were made at four different frequencies. The Indian test has a higher P/S ratio than the earthquakes, as expected.

India reported that its nuclear testing on May 11, 1998, was composed of three almost simultaneous explosions with yields of 45, 15, and 0.2 kilotons and that the two larger tests were separated by about a kilometer. According to Walter, the team's examination of regional data recorded at NIL and at teleseismic stations thousands of kilometers away did not reveal obvious signs of multiple shots. The U.S. Geological Survey reported a teleseismic magnitude of mb 5.2 (mb is the bodywave magnitude and is roughly related to the Richter scale). Assuming simultaneous detonation of the three tests and using published magnitude-yield formulas for a stable region, the announced total yield of 55 to 60 kilotons appears to be at least three times larger than the yield indicated by the seismic data.

Livermore researchers then compared the seismogram from the May 11, 1998, tests with India's May 18, 1974, single test (its only previous nuclear test) using data from stations in Canada and Scotland that recorded both events. The 1974 test generated a clearly detected teleseismic signal with an mb of 4.9. Because India declared the 1974 explosion a "peaceful nuclear explosion," some information about it was reported, such as the fact that it was a single explosion at a depth of 107 meters. However, Indian scientists and officials stated a large range in the yield estimate-4 to 12 kilotons.

Figure 4 shows the seismograms from the 1974 and 1998 tests using data from the Canadian station (for ease of comparison, the 1974 test's amplitude is doubled to match that of the 1998 test.) The two seismic waveforms show remarkable similarity.

Several interpretations of the seismic observations are possible. According to Livermore seismologist Arthur Rodgers, if the three 1998 shots were indeed detonated nearly simultaneously and separated by less than a few kilometers, "We would probably see just one large shot in the seismic waves." Rodgers also says that the second and third shots could have been so small compared to the first that they were overwhelmed in the seismogram. Also, a cavity or substantial amount of porous material near the explosive site could, if present, have reduced the coupling of energy into seismic waves, thereby significantly reducing the seismic magnitude of all three tests. Finally, it is possible that the yield announced by the Indian scientists was simply three to six times too large.

On May 13, India announced two additional low-yield tests totaling 800 tons. The Livermore team examined data provided by the NIL station, but none showed any obvious seismic signal. Using the largest amplitude of the background earth noise around the time of the test as an upper bound for the signals from the event, the Livermore researchers determined that the event must have produced an mb of less than 2.8. The two tests were said to be conducted in a sand dune, which might poorly couple the explosive energy into seismic waves and thus reduce the strength of any recorded seismic signal. Adjusting for this geologic condition, says Walter, a signal should have been observable at NIL if the yield was 100 tons or more.

Walter says that the nuclear tests in India provided valuable data in a region with only a single previous nuclear test. This data will be used to help calibrate the CTBT monitoring network.

The data from the Indian tests will also improve scientists' understanding of the physical basis of the regional discriminants developed at Livermore. As a result of the tests, the discriminants may be applied with greater confidence to much lower yield explosions than the Indian tests and in South Asia and other regions where no nuclear test data are available to calibrate nearby monitoring stations.

The Livermore team plans to conduct more research to further characterize the May events as additional seismic data and information on emplacement conditions become available from Indian and Pakistani officials and scientists. In the meantime, researchers are hopeful that their detailed analysis of the nuclear tests, done without the forthcoming IMS stations, shows that the planned international network will indeed be effective in detecting and identifying clandestine nuclear tests.

Here is some interesting information regarding possible influences in the Earthquake / Tsunami in Japan. Could it be another Gulf of Mexico incident where deep sea drilling triggered an eruption which released pressures and caused tectonic plates to shift? Or could it have been a “Project Seal” (underwater nuke) since the Navy is
once again present when a huge earthquake occurs, as in Haiti, and the 2004 tsunami in the “Ring of Fire”, where one week later a nuclear submarine limped into Pearl Harbor for repairs incurred during the underwater blast/earthquake.

Tsunami Bombs
During the Second World War, a group of New Zealand researchers attempted to develop a device capable of provoking tsunamis that could be unleashed against Japan. The research work was conducted by Thomas Leech, an Australian national, at Auckland University behind the code name of “Project Seal.” Several small-scale test explosions were carried out successfully, between 1944 and 1945, at Whangaparaoa off the coast of Auckland.

The United States deemed this programme to be as equally promising as the“Manhattan Project,” involving the development of the atomic bomb.

At the time, Project Seal was a military secret and it was therefore not disclosed that Thomas Leech had in fact been awarded the rank of Knight of the British Empire for concocting the “tsunami bomb.”

I have some information here about the March 11 Japanese tsunami. All the information comes through psychic perception, so there is no guarantee that this is 100% accurate.

My psychic partner, M. in Germany, was in a healing-meditation this morning when she was interrupted by some incoming information. She was shown a device below the ocean, mainly underground, with a visible part on the ocean floor. She also received the word "West Pacific". (She has not yet read about the Japanese tsunami at this time. She has seen a headline about "Earthquake in Japan", but she wasn't very interested)

The device had an awful, awful energy (she feels) and it is still working and obviously will continue to cause more trouble.

When M reached me today, we had a psychic session for further research. We found out, the West-Pacific device is still working. It seems to be mainly an alien production with human participation. Apart from the device, a nuclear device was used for the earthquake and tsunami. It will still provide more trouble. It seems to be able to produce storms because the next thing she saw was a storm; sorry, we can't name the region. All she could see were nice wooden houses (not poor) being destroyed.

We wanted to look for more threats of this kind, other devices or anything similar on this planet:

One device we could find was on the south coast of India. I can't say much more about it, but it’s something that might be used soon.

There is another kind of threat in Europe, but more of a perhaps false flag terrorist attack. We could not find the country. It is probably a country with an Atlantic coast, but not Germany. Maybe this attack is not yet defined exactly. But we could both feel it very clearly. There will no nuclear device used. There was also an indication for civil war (no surprise, or is it?).

For a Scandinavian country, she perceived the words "important change". We think it's political, but we were not so much interested in that.

Luckily, we could not detect other geophysical devices in other places. That means there is no danger of artificial catastrophes at this moment in North- or South-America or the Caribbean, Asia, Africa or Australia and New Zealand. Something good at least.

Talking about probabilities:

The most intense perceptions were "the Japanese device is still active and it’s of alien design with human participation"

Also very intense: "Attack in Europe" without knowing exactly where and what kind.

(I forgot to mention that M. saw an enormous, unbelievably large spaceship for a short time and it was somehow related to the object in the ocean floor. She had seen that ship a few days before in another occasion)

We could not really find out what kind of catastrophe was going to happen in Europe. We got “terror-attack”, but no nuke involved. How could this be a big catastrophe? I received the answer two days later: It will be an attack at a nuclear power plant. This came very clear.

Why do the aliens do this? There are many possible reasons. First thing is that a lot of nuclear reactors might be shut down because of public fear. That sounds nice, but it will cause a problem with the world’s energy supply. Oil price will go up even more, then food prices . . .

The aliens will probably use their dark energies (using their device in the ocean floor) to make the worst out of the reactor accident. They will take care that it will end very ugly. Don't expect a happy ending.

Another advantage they get from this attack is that many people die, get sick or will suffer a lot. We all know they like it.

And not to forget: More and more people will believe in an Apocalypse 2012. They really love it when we believe that. We are fearful. We think it has to happen, as if it was “God's will,” but it isn't God's plan and it is no natural event.

I would like to remind you in this moment, that planet earth is a conscious being. With M’s special ability to contact everything, in this case planet earth, we were able to perceive that the earth has intense feelings. The earth felt the object in the ocean floor as atrocious, nasty, and evil. In other earlier occasions we found out that the earth suffers terribly in places were satanic rituals were performed or when a piece of land was cursed. She also suffers when many people (or animals) die. If you are able to contact the earth, you will feel it.

If you think about this, it should become clear that planet earth, by it's own energies, does not want and will not create catastrophes. She feels with us, she suffers with us, she is on our side. Of course she might need an earthquake, but this can happen in a way that nobody suffers. She is able to act that way. If something real bad happens, then this is only possible through an external influence of negative energy. And this is the reason for the alien object in the west Pacific. It creates the negative energies, necessary for the creation of catastrophes.

We should think about the so-called periodical changes and resulting catastrophes. Are they really natural and based on physical facts? Maybe scientists tell us BS because they do not understand the spiritual context. We have to learn that planet earth, yes, even the whole universe, is philanthropic. The Universe is not a dangerous place; it's full of love. There are only a few extraterrestrial races which prefer to cause harm and like to bring negative energies into humanity.

Will you guys please stop fearing 2012? Learn to use your positive energies and fight the darkness.

It pays off to have a look on the official HAARP website and download the figures of the induction Magnetometer for the period March 10th-11th, both on the X-, Y and Z axis. It clearly shows some manipulation on a 3-Hz frequency, which is below the resonance frequency of our planet. It is similar to pushing a low frequency piano key until things start to vibrate. On planetary level it utterly creates shock
waves as a result of the tomography. I believe in the practice of placing a plasma weapon and or atomic weapon on the target well before hand in order to magnify its destructive effect. Thanks for weighing in regarding the catastrophe in Japan. This incident has Zionist fingerprints all over it from top to bottom. The extent of major earthquakes in the world over the past 10 years would appear to exceed that in the past CENTURY, and they all curiously occur in strategically targeted areas for political and/or economic reasons. I don't recall the media mentioning 'tsunami' before Sumatra in 2004, and it's suddenly become commonplace. The only viable explanation for this flurry of geophysical spectaculars is advanced weapons technology. Nikola Tesla and Albert Einstein would hang their heads in shame if they knew how profoundly their research was abused.

Concerning Fukushima, once I heard a refinery "just blew up", I knew that it was planned as part of the script; likewise for the explosions at the Daiichi nuclear plant. As an engineer having experience in both the petroleum and nuclear industries, these plants cannot, repeat, CANNOT, "just blow up" from the effect of a tsunami; they would need to be sabotaged in some capacity. The ECCS and CSS cooling systems in nuclear plants could be compromised, but in no way would an explosion result.

The coordinated brain-dead sensationalism out of the Associated Press further reveals a conspiracy, and it's clear they're attempting to optimize fearmongering. For example, they repeatedly speak of danger from radiation leakage, but never provide technical specifics. For example, what type and quantity of radiation? How far could it possibly spread based on its ability to disperse?

I also found it interesting that the AP (through Yahoo!) has placed heavy restrictions on the comments section of their puffery about Japan. From what I've observed, a fair share of the general public doesn't buy the soapbox the mainstream media is selling, which is cause for concern for corporate media kingpins. They often won't publish current comments, instead recycling those from related previous articles. At least that much is encouraging.

Keep me posted on your thoughts concerning the jacked up radiation scare. I'm getting info from people with psychic ability that clearly points to SABOTAGE of the tap water for those few areas that are showing high iodine levels. There's is no logical way for that water to become contaminated from Daiichi. The radioactive iodine is being ADDED to the water to make it appear to be coming from Daiichi.

The sea water radiation is not coming from the nuclear plant. The sea water was made radioactive on March 11 when the underwater nuke went off which caused the tsunami. The tsunami water was radioactive when it swept onto the land.

Thank you for incorporating the information on your website. We all work towards the same goal of achieving a better world where we can live free without the menace of these criminals.

I would like to have your advice on the following. I have written a 200-page book '[name removed]'. So far it is written in the Dutch language, but the German and English translations are under way. It does not only covers such subjects as universal geometry and the celestial cradle of mankind, but also expose the agenda's of the Bilderbergs, the Monsanto clan and the NWO-lobby. Every aspect is treated in detail with hard evidence.

My question is if I should publish this in my own name or use a nickname for cover. If I do use a cover name, how do I proceed that cover is not lost somewhere en route? After all my publisher knows the identity of my company. So 'they' can relatively easily track my. Do they have the right to sue somebody who tells the truth to the public? And how would they proceed if they started any action?

I have been several times victim of a psychic attack and know what they are capable of. This is another aspect: I know I have to do this, but I do not want my family becoming involved in their 'actions'. My wife, kids and I already do wear the pendants that you sent us last year on a regular basis and it helps to avoid most damage. A propos: what is the meaning if the resin of a pendant starts to fall apart and separates from the necklace? A drop on the floor seems to be lethal for these fine devices.

I know the universal knowledge that I am gathering in this book might be important for all of us. I do not write something new - I am just re-searching (mind the word!). All knowledge in the universe is just hanging there and it can be picked up providing you have a key. Maybe I found something.
