On Slim Spurling's Passing (Dec. 6, 2007)

Apparently, Slim Spurling has passed away. I have not been able to confirm this, but an e-mail I received from Luke Gatto refers to Slim having died, so I have to assume that it's true. I called and left a message for Slim's wife, Katarina. When I know the details, I will report them here. As many of you know, Slim had been in a coma for many months after suffering what appeared to be either a stroke or a heart attack. He would have been 69 years old this year.

Slim was a wonderful person and was wholly didicated to helping humanity surmount the difficulties imposed upon us by the dark side. I've spent many hours in phone conversations with him over the past few years and found that his desire to help others, was always uppermost in his mind. .

God Bless you Slim. You have served your fellow man with great distinction and we are indebted to you. Thank you so much.
